These cookies are great, just like when bought at the grocery store, but they are not properly stored in the Bolo warehouses. These cookies, and others, require a temperature controlled environment that stays well below 80°F; otherwise, the chocolate melts and changes the cookies. It does change the flavor as well. I do not recommend that you purchase these while the outdoor temperature is around 80°F or higher, as it only takes a couple minutes for the chocolate to melt and go all over the place. BEST

I LOVE these cookies. Perfect blend of crispness, chocolate and sweet.I'm sure I'll go through this bucket in a few days and suffer diabetes. The price is much better than buying the standalone ones and you get two cookies per pack. I do wish they didn't use so much plastic but I guess they didn't want the cookies to get smashed as they get distributed. C'est la vie.

The cookie bits and especially the cookie dust that i've now had delivered on several occasions in this helpful configuration are totally delicious! Mostly crisp cookie, chocolate filling in an amount that helps me stick to my diet, and my all time favorite: cookie dust for when i'm looking forward to a bit of sweet chocolaty goodness without having to worry about all that pesky biting and chewing. I especially enjoy not having to fish my grubby hands into the cookie bag - get yourself a good spoon and you are on your way to enjoying the true unadulterated essence of a milano. A biggish straw might work on the finer dust elements, but for me, a few delectable spoonfuls is just the ticket. Not everyone can appreciate this bold new approach to cookie flesh, but this innovation is just what i was looking for. Bravo pepperich farms!

I love these cookies, and they usually taste great. However, I’ve noticed that every time I’ve ordered them during the hotter months, they’ve arrived melted and broken. I can still eat them, and they have the same texture, but it’s so much more messy inside the packaging, and the cookies just don’t stay together properly from being thrown around in the delivery vehicles. It would be a lot better if Bolo would ship these with cold packs or something, like they seem to be happy to do with Reese’s candies, as well as in a little extra protection, because this is getting ridiculous. I’d love to eat the cookies the way they’re intended, NOT broken and melted all over the place. They’re chocolate — they’re not supposed to brave hot weather without help.

I could just keep eating boxes of these lol they’re so delicious!! And there not hard cookies. This is one of those cookies that you just can’t eat one of. You got to eat a few of. Yum yum

Ordered the tub, got the box instead. I reuse the tubs, but getting the box isn't that big of a deal. They arrived in good shape, regardless. The two packs are nice for leaving a treat for delivery people, mail carriers, and neighbors, or for tucking into the purse for a treat with coffee at work.

Who doesn't like Milano cookies??!! These snacks arrived the next morning and were nice and fresh when I opened the package. I've never ordered food through Bolo, but it was a great experience - I would recommend it.
