I think this tastes better than store-bought cold milk--more milk flavor. Cold store-bought milk can be hit or miss in freshness depending on how cold it has been stored/shelved in the supply chain. With this Carnation milk, I know I always have fresh milk on hand in my one-person household. It is easy to mix. I shake it in a covered tall container to mix it, using 1/2 cup powder to 2 cups filtered water. I bought mine in September 2024, and the six cans of this I was sent has an expiration date of September 2025. So no expiration date issues for me. My local big-box store sells 1 can of this for $4.58, and I paid $23.36 for six cans from Bolo, so this is 68 cents cheaper per unit on Bolo. It was delivered in 3 days. Also, in comparing nutrition on the labels of other powdered milk brands to the Carnation brand, the Carnation brand has more nutrients. What is not to love?

When I got older I had a hard time drinking regular milk so I switched to 2% but I don't use a lot of milk so a lot of it went to waste so I tried this product and I love it I don't buy any milk from the store anymore I use this it's really good tasting if you could drink 2% milk you'll love this

We started ordering this Carnation milk from Bolo in 2020 when we were limiting our trips to the grocery store due to Covid. We found we liked it so much that we are continuing to use it in place of milk from the dairy aisle at the grocery store. It tastes very good and is easy to fix. I, quite frankly, had some bad memories from childhood of evaporated milk from a box that I thought tasted awful! This is not that! It tastes really great!!!😉One recommendation is to use a mini whisk rather than a spoon when mixing it with cold water in your cup or mug...or use a larger whisk if making more in a pitcher, etc. Measure in the required amount of the powder and fill whatever mug or container you are using with half of the recommended water...then stir thoroughly with the whisk before adding the rest of the water. Then another quick stir...and voila...you have some very tasty milk!!!😉 Another recommendation is to use cold water from the refrigerator if making a single serving. If you make a pitcher it will of course get cold in the refrigerator. It also works very well in cooking and baking, where recipes call for milk. I keep a large supply of cans in my pantry and am on auto-delivery. Highly recommend it!😊
