There's not too much foam. But it does make my teeth feel clean and refreshed after using it! Would recommend.

This toothpaste is rather soft. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, just a texture difference from the "stiffness" of regular name brand toothpastes. I don't notice any particular whitening, but maybe that's just me. I like that it's fluoride free, but don't care for the Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate. Not that this is the lathering agent people might think of that's in many of the name brands, but still would have prefer it be left out. On the plus side the other ingredients seem pretty straightforward, and I don't see tons of additives. I'd like it a bit more minty, but if you have children or don't care for strong mint flavor this may be perfect for you. I like the container and cap. I'd buy this toothpaste again.

I feel like my teeth get cleaned better with this product than usual mass market brands. Only downside is it doesn't have enough mint flavor to act as a breath freshener. But it's perfect if you can't tolerate a strong mint taste.
