Pretzels are inherently high in salt, and these are no exception. The sodium listed seems on the low side, but I can taste how salty these actually are. These are fresh with a good peanut butter taste, and the packaging is great (no broken pieces).If you're not salt sensitive, this is a great snack. If you are sensitive, just watch your portions.
