Black light not needed, colors are so bright on their own. I used them for neon party in the bathroom and on moulding in my house, the paint on moulding is shiny so there was no peeling.

adhesive factor ... I give it a 3/5 .. created a couple of Bunkers out of cardboard .. I came back in the room the next day and the tape had fallen off some of them . wierd.. the blue doesn't shine very bright. but it does glow with proper lighting .looks cool .. im satisfied for now

The product was as advertised. I used it for a class glow party to accent some of the furniture in the room - the edges of tables, legs of chairs, etc. All the colors really popped under the blacklight, with the exception of the dark blue tape.

Doesn’t glow in the dark. It does glow well under UV light, so title is misleading.Not very sticky which can be good or bad depending on your usage

Used for a black light party, each color was bright in the lights. Very easy to rip pieces. Definitely had enough to mess around with for a good price. Stuck very well to a picnic table, door and walls or even some clothing (cotton type or jeans). Will buy again if needing something that pops out neon or black light.
