    It is tough finding vitamins and supplements that are not filled with garbage chemicals and fillers! Ancient Nutrition products are made with high quality ingredients.     This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it's a "prenatal" made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it's available! Highly recommend!

    This multivitamin is pure gold. Witchcraft even. It has helped with my mood, my hair and skin health, pre-menstrual symptoms, and best of all my libido. Holy moly! It's the only change I've made that I can attribute it to. My husband has no complaints, other than maybe lack of sleep! If you are contemplating trying it, don't, just buy them. It took roughly 2-3 weeks to see noticeable changes. I've ordered my second bottle only this time a 90 day supply. I'm a costumer for life.
