I take two before bed and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I used to stay awake with wondering thoughts and wake up in the middle of the night. When I take this supplement, I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. I even dream! I love that I don’t wake up feeling sedated. I’m totally obsessed.

I mainly purchased this product to help improve the quality of my sleep. I take it in the evenings and it has made a significant difference to my sleep! I do take it in conjunction with other sleep aids like L-theanine. I have also found that my foot cramps which I used to get at night have completely dissipated because of this supplement. I like that they do not add a lot of stabilisers.

Magnesium is tricky because the 3 or more types are not all equally important, readily absorbed, and easily digested. This formulation is focused on Glycinate which actually converts to elemental magnesium the most readily and is easy on digestion. The pills are also very easy to swallow.

Lo tomo desde hace un mes y me siento bastante bien. Me concentro mejor, duermo bien y despierto descansando. No tiene efectos desagradables en la panza como otras presentaciones de magnesio. Es caro y tardó una semana en llegar a Mexico pero hasta ahora ha valido la pena.
