There is a metallic aftertaste afterwards, but this has been my go to iron supplemental for a few years and highly recommend. I do still take this with a multivitamin.

High in iron. the taste could be better, but never tried another iron gummy before so I dont have a point of comparison for my critiscism. but having taken iron pills and I can tell I never chew them, so willingly chewing an iron gummy makes me prefer iron as a pill I swallow and dont chew.

I know iron is suppose to taste bad, but I did not like the taste of it, I could taste iron + blood in after taste, you cannot eat something after taking the gummy, it leaves a weird after taste. I use to take this with skittles(no kidding). Havent had iron test though to say it works or not.
