About this item:
The Zacurate Pro Series 500DL fingertip pulse oximeter is manufactured according to the CE and FDA standards set for pulse oximeter designed for sports enthusiasts, pilots or anyone who wants to obtain their SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation levels) and PR (Pulse Rate) on the go. The LED display now faces the user so that the user can read it easily. We have upgraded internal hardware and software components of the pulse oximeter. For example: the pulse oximeter can now display SpO2 up to 100%! Taking a reading is easy, just clip it on to your finger and turn it on at the press of a button. The large LED display makes viewing the results a snap. Its small size makes it easy to carry around and a lanyard is also included for added convenience. Comes with 2 AAA batteries and a silicon cover to protect your pulse oximeter from dirt and damage. Zacurate is a registered trademark of USPTO. We will actively and aggressively pursue any parties who infringe on our intellectual property rights to the maximum extent allowed by the law. Beware of Imitation, Buy Original. Zacurate Pulse oximeter is designed in USA. This device is for Sports & Aviation use only and is not a medical device. Note: Low blood perfusion can affect accuracy of your readings. Warm your hands and fingers before taking your measurements by rubbing your hands together. Remember your pulse oximeter is measuring your SpO2 and PR based on your blood flow. If the blood flow in your finger drops below a certain level, the pulse oximeter will not be able to function. It usually takes 10 seconds to get a reading. Some people though may require a longer time for the pulse oximeter to optimize its sensitivity. You may have to wait about 30 seconds for the readings to stabilize. Keep your hand still while taking a reading - any movement can cause the device to reset its' reading. Nail polish and fake fingernails may cause false readings. If possible, switch to an unpolished nail or consider another application site.

5.0 out of 5 stars Zacurate Oximeter vs. MiBest: Which is best in Covid era?
In this uncertain Covid era, we learned it was wise to have an Oximeter on hand to measure oxygen levels. As I started to research, I immediately discounted brands new to the market since the onset of Covid-19. Instead, I found two that had many longtime reviews from satisfied users. Two stood out, the Zacurate Pro Series 500DL and the MiBest Oximeter. To my surprise, virtually everything was sold out and I thought I’d struck gold simply by scoring a MiBest after it was almost always out of stock. Once I’d ordered the MiBest and delivery was delayed, I found the Zacurate and ordered it, too. Which is best?See the photo above with Zacurate in black at left, and MiBest at right. One thing to know up front is that prices are skyrocketing for finger oximeters. They are suddenly hot items on the market. Some quick research showed that the well regarded MiBest had been selling for $30 for years, but at the time of this review its price is fluctuating between $50 and $55 when purchased directly from the company. The Zacurate has always been priced at less than $30 and I felt lucky to score one to compare to the more expensive MiBest. As it turns out, the Zacurate came a week faster than the MiBest. Simply put, it’s fantastic. Is $30 too good to be true when others can be $50 and up? I truly applaud Zacurate for not taking advantage at this time of tight finances for many in need of reliable health monitoring. It comes with a useful manual yet I learned the most from quick Internet research, such as normal health oxygen levels are between 94-100 and levels lower than that but still above 90 are normal for others. If your reading is under 90, consult your doctor. The Zacurate is consistent for both oxygen and pulse readings. Place it on a flat surface, stick your index finger in, bottom side down, press button to turn on unit and wait 5-6 seconds for the readout. When the MiBest came a few weeks after I ordered it, we were already 100% satisfied with the Zacurate. It does not include much documentation but also works well and has consistent readings. If you feel you must have an oximeter in hand ASAP, and the MiBest is available, I do recommend it yet am disappointed its price at $50-55 has nearly doubled. If you can find Zacurate available, and it costs less than the MiBest, it’s the clear first choice. It’s a trusted and very easy to use oximeter at a great price for home users like us, and medical professionals, too. Its readout is vertical, just as your finger will be. Thus, it's easier to read than the horizontally oriented MiBest.I hope this long review has been of some assistance and wish you and yours good health and strength. We believe better days are ahead.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great little Oximeter
This little meter is light and easy to use. It seems pretty accurate. It can have a hard time getting a reading if your hands are cold, but other than that it works great. Not had any issues with it and it has came in handy for making sure my sons asthma isn't causing problems. Great value for the price and good quality.
5.0 out of 5 stars Gets the job done
I like how small and easy it it to use. Quick and accurate readings give me the peace of mind when I’m home alone. Great product
4.0 out of 5 stars Accurate and Durable
Purchased this early Covid days and used for a year or two. Instructions were clear and access to customer service was well presented (although we didn't need it).Usually operated well, although sometimes it didn't provide a reading. But overall, it gave good service. Then, toward the end of Covid, it disappeared. Found it last week buried on our porch where it had survived winter and hot summer weather for a couple of years. Turned it on. It came to life and provided what appeared to be accurate readings. I thought for sure that a delicate piece of equipment like this would have failed or suffered depletion of batteries. None of that. Recommended.
5.0 out of 5 stars excellent, eassy to use and see numbers.
i am ancient and the cough turns out to be pneumonia. pills and dr said buy oximeter, check every 2 hours. you are 93, it falls to 92 go to er. should be 98. the cvc meter not like the drs. i found it hard to use as numbers read sideways and were blue. decided to try Bolo. picked this because ratings were good, company established, and the numbers read like a book, top to down. they are red on a dark background and very easy to read day or night, without my glasses. am in a smallish town so no same day free, but offered for a very small, reasonable fee. well wrapped. did come same day. very much easier to use. comes with batteries and lanyard. it is small so keep in same place. . excellent to use, would buy again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Does what we needed
Good price. Easy to use. Small and portable. Works -- would recommend. Dr. wanted me to get a daily reading of the pulse (along with blood pressure, etc.).
5.0 out of 5 stars Works Well
I've been using this almost daily to check myself and it appears to be pretty accurate. My pulse rate matches the pulse rate on my blood pressure monitor. I don't know how to double check the accuracy of my oxygen levels. Screen is easy to read. It is very easy to use.
not used much
As expected does the job intended
Was hesitant to buy it for two years of covid. Found here good price and solid feel and look.
Seems to be good quality product. I know measurements are reliable as my younger kid always had a little lower oxygen level, which this pulseoximeter immediately showed. Fits fingers of all sizes well.Everything is included in the package, including the battery. Usage is very simple, just put it on your finger and press the only button.Highly recommended, especially nowadays.
Works Well
I bought an oximeter as a simple diagnostic tool for home. Seems to work well, and agrees with that at the doctor's, so I am happy
Very Good
With the inability to get either a PCR or RAT test in Qld at the moment my GP advised to get an oxymeter and concentrate on blood oxygen levels. This one is fabulous. Neat, easy to use, reliable and it was delivered in three days. Very happy.
