I bought several of these for a kitchen remodel. The most used one broke after only 6 months. I was disappointed, but through Bolo customer service I was able to contact the company. They replied immediately and just a couple days later I received a free replacement under warranty. I would not hesitate to purchase other items from this seller.

I needed to use an existing hole in the sink, after replacing it with a new faucet. I thought this would match the black and be a useful part to the sink, rather than just covering up the hole with a metal disk. The soap spout matches the faucet perfectly. It comes with about the best instal instructions you are going to get, the installation of the sink instructions could have taken the tip from this one. It's helpful to know what part goes above the counter and what items go below to secure it. Once in, it works great and I love that you can access to add more soap from the top by just pulling up on the spout, you don't have to unscrew anything underneath. My only complaint is that the spout sticks out a pretty long way, maybe this is to be sure it drips into the sink and not on the side, but I'd have preferred a little smaller spout not sticking out. Otherwise, I'm very happy overall.

As a recent purchaser of the GAPPO Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of this product. Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed a crack along the side, which was not only unsightly but also resulted in leakage issues.Firstly, the crack compromised the integrity of the dispenser, leading to constant leaking of soap or lotion. This not only created a mess around my kitchen sink but also wasted a considerable amount of product. Despite trying to tighten the pump, the leakage issue persisted, indicating a fundamental flaw in the design or manufacturing process.Moreover, the crack detracted from the overall aesthetics of the dispenser. Instead of the sleek, matte black finish promised by the product description, the presence of a visible crack made it look cheap and poorly constructed. It was frustrating to invest in a supposedly high-quality item only to receive something that appeared damaged straight out of the box.Additionally, attempting to contact customer service for a resolution proved to be a futile endeavor. The lack of response or assistance further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with GAPPO's product and service quality.In conclusion, the GAPPO Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser failed to meet even the most basic standards of functionality and aesthetics. The presence of a crack resulting in continuous leakage, coupled with the lack of effective customer support, renders this product highly unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise against purchasing this item, as it does not deliver on its promises and falls short of expectations.

With new counter top the old one threads were too short. This one was long enough and looks and works great. Comes with multiple caps for different size bottles. I like that I don't have to fill up the small bottle from the top spilling or over filling anymore.

I got the chrome version. Heavy and expensive looking item. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to buy one to go for this product.
