I bought these after a recommendation from my lactation consultant, and I’m so glad I did! They fit perfectly and are so much better than the ones that come with the machine. My only wish is that the original product included all size options, as not everyone has the same needs. Overall, these have made a noticeable difference in my pumping experience!

I bought these to go along with my Spectra and they fit perfectly. I do with the pink valves were easier to get off, but other than that I have no complaints. I used the Earth Mama nipple cream and it cleans off easily. It's hard to find flange sizes that small since average is 24! But this fit true to size. If you are part of the kitty bitty titty committee, you may have some extra room with them being wide mouth flanges but this never affected the actual flange size around your nipple.

Unfortunately the standard flanges for the Spectra were way too big. My lactation consultant recommended the 17 mm size and these are a great fit.

I'm thankful to have proper sized flanges for my nipples, but I really wish they would change the shape of the cup so my breasts fit better inside. I'm constantly leaking milk out the side of the cup as I pump no matter how I place them! It's quite irritating and confusing.
Fits my Spectra Synergy Gold pump
The spectra pumps don’t come with my size so it was very uncomfortable and unsuccessful with milk flow until I got the right size flange. These fit me and my spectra pump and thats what matters.

I cannot believe how long I waited to get these, I'm almost kicking myself for waiting so long. I originally purchased the 19mm for my 15mm nipples thinking that would be the best fit, but after a long stint of painful, unproductive pumping, I finally decided to purchase the 17mm in hopes of a better result. I am shocked at the difference 2mm has made. It's like night and day. There's no pain at all now and the output has also significantly increased. Wow. Just wow. I am so happy!
