How To Use:
1.Pour in hot water/cold tap water, cover lid, let it stand for for 5 to 10 minutes to preheat / precool the jar, empty the water.
2.Pack your food and cover lid.
3.When eating, press the vent button for 1 to 2 times and then open the inner insulation cover.
NOTE:
1.Do not use product in dishwashers, microwave, oven, on stove-top, or in any type of heating appliances.
2.Do not overfill the container: Leave space at top of container for lid and stopper (if present), to avoid overflow.
3.Check periodically for missing and worn washers. Missing, worn or misaligned gasket may cause product to leak.

I used it a lot when I was on the road all day. Super easy to use and clean.A couple of times I set up the container with soup at 5:00 am and didn’t get to eat it until 5:00 pm—it was still warm! If used at lunchtime, the soup was still hot. It’s leak proof tooWorks great with soup, mashed potatoes and vegetablesI would love another one that is wider for other foods

So here is my take after using this gem a few times......It is a great size, seals very well, a nice grippy bottom, mouth size nice, comes with a foldable metal spoon, and stable. But what I'm really excited about is what happened today. Just before leaving for work at 8 I set some soup on the stove to boil and put some really hot water in the thermos. when the soup was ready, I emptied the water filled with the soup and put the 'stopper' top on tightly and then the 'cup' on. Threw it into my bag and went to work. Due to some unforeseen happenings I didn't get my lunch break til after 1. I opened the thermos and figured its been 5 hours the reviews I've read has said "still warm after 5 hours" so expected a warm soup, but was I in for a huge surprise and burned my tongue!! Took me a while to finish off half of it at the rate of a spoon full and blow method. . Closed it back up tightly and threw it into my bag. Fast forward after 3 more hours of work and two hours of tutoring (bag in my car with temps in the mid 30's) and a half hour ride home, I opened it to clean it and low and behold the soup is still warm!!!! I was amazed as it had sat open at least 20 minutes as I ate and then half full for over 5 more hours. I think that "Santa" is going to be bringing some of these gems to family and friends!!!!

Actually works. It keeps my food warm for about 8 hours. My only complaint is that it is a bit tough to open but really like this.**Updated**so I had to go without lunch today because it will not open. I tried almost everything. I guess I will have to wait for the food to get to room temperature and try again.

Best small thermos ever bought!
This is the best thermos I have ever bought. Worth what I paid. Buying three more / one for each of my kids. Sturdy and attractive outer shell. East to clean. Better than any of the many different thermos brand small containers. Food stayed very hot for hours. Very pleased

Cute colour. Good at keeping cold.
Very cute and a good size for my needs. I carry yogurt and frozen fruits in it to bring for lunch at work and it keeps very cold until I'm ready to eat it. Not as compact as thermos brand container of the same inner volume but I like having the folded spoon attached which is why I got this instead. Never used for hot foods so can't comment on how it keeps warm.
Good
Works well for my husband lunch. We add boiling water to it for a few minutes prior and heat the food up hotter then usual and by 12 noon (put the food in around 7am)) it is a good temperature to eat.
