I love these bars, specially in the flavor fig anise (if you love fig you should definitely try this). Besides tasting AMAZING, they are a great source of fiber, made from grains like oats, spelt, barley and lupine. The shipping was super fast and the seller was amazing. Thank you so much! I totally recommend, and would definitely buy again.

This would be a good product to have on hand if you were stranded somewhere like in an airport etc!Not only is it very healthy but it is filling and leaves no residue on your hands. My daughter andgranddaughter are the ones that introduced them to me. There are three flavors and my favoriteis the fig and anise. Don't worry there is not even a hint of licorice! It keeps you from feeling hungryfor hours! Just try them!
