I have been taking this brand of Melatonin for about 4 years. Sometimes it can take me about an hour until I fall asleep. But these gummies work great! When I take them I can fall asleep within 30 minutes. They also taste good, these are a lot better than some other melatonin brands I have used.

Tastes like gummy candy and puts me to sleep in about 30 minutes. Each serving is two gummies (10mg) but I think you can start off at 1 if you’ve never taken melatonin.

Gummies can be a little hard to chew up at times but they do taste delicious. I just had some fillings done on my teeth so that may explain the difficulty chewing and not reflect so much on the gummies themselves. I’ve recommended these to other people already!

I absolutely LOVE this product! Not addictive at all!Back story: my daughter was 3yrs old & the energy level was through the roof at 1am. Her doctor advised me to try these gummies for her and they did the trick! She is now 9yrs old and we use them every so often. I use it more than her now. Great strawberry taste. Great quality and the effectiveness of these gummies are AMAZING!—esp on my insomnia nights. I advise anyone who is in the toddler stage to try these out or get the 3MG peach ones! At Walmart they are $12-$14 a piece. BF sale had these for $8.74 so I stocked up! You should too! Great product!
