Clif Bars are my favorite energy bar. I use them during my high intensity workouts and they never disappoint. They taste great and metabolize quickly to provide energy in a sustained manner. In a pinch, I will also eat them as a snack. Of course, the best part is the great taste! I really like the mini size, because there are a LOT of times that I don't want/need a full size bar-- in these situations, the mini size is perfect!

If you like Clif Bars, but they're a bit too big a snack for you, the Minis will certainly do the job. They are exactly as named...a mini version of a Clif Bar, featuring all the same quality but in a smaller size.They're mostly chewy, with maybe a bit of crisp, but they're flavorful and satisfying as a snack. I admit I thought these would be bigger than they are, but you can look at the nutrition comparison and it's pretty obvious these are gonna be less than half the size; a mini bar is only 100 calories, versus 250 for a regular bar. I do still feel like a got a decent serving when all's said and done.I would recommend these as a small snack in between meals, if you can find a good deal on them...they will easily take the place of a standard granola bar.
