The pens are great.The package didn't look damaged, but when I opened it, one of the pens fell out in pieces. It was a pen on the righthand end. The package was fine but the pen appears to have been smashed. I don't know any other explanation for it to be in four pieces.Also, I've been trying to tell Bolo but can't get through. Maybe you can speak to your Bolo Rep. The delivery people - USPS refuse to call the phone number that plastered all over the doors. COVID has forced us to lock our doors to the public. FEDEX and UPS all get it and they call me from the front door. I run down within 30 seconds and receive the packages. Bolo delivery people refuse to call when they are at the door and I get an email telling me that a delivery attempt was made. VERY ANNOYING!
