I used to cut the patches in half for my 18 month old but now that she’s 2, I put the whole thing on her chest. & BONUS- when we’re both sick & she sleeps in my bed, I can smell it too & it helps me! I wish they weren’t so expensive though! We use them every night when she’s sick & sometimes swap out for a new one in the middle of the night!!I will say— if the sticker gets ripped off just once, it’ll never stick again. So they need to maybe work on the stick part.

This stuff is awesome ! I bought it for my daughters and man this stuff is nice ! I mean it’s really no different than adding the cream but I just feel like it last a little longer with it being on a pad. Helped with their stuff noses as they slept. I even used one and just helped me sleep easy. Good stuff for good sleep
