    I cook a lot of chicken breast tenderloins and normally bake them. I will vary how I prepare them to get a desired taste for the meals they will go with. So far Hughes Orange Ginger Marinade has been my favorite. For me, the taste is awesome and the fact that it is sugar free is just a bonus. I realize that people's taste preferences varies, but this stuff is worth trying.

    Marinated Turkey breasts in one dish and pork in another with pork loin, added some onion and a slash of white wine. Served with california mix of carrots and broccoli.It was delicious! Will buy again!

    So far, I've used it only for dipping air-fried chicken tenders. This is so much healthier than any of the sugar-laden orange sauces. I was a bit hesitant in my decision to try it because ginger is generally such a strong spice, but this is perfect. I'm about to order it for a third time, and you don't do that unless you really like something. Some Asian orange sauces contain 'hot' spices but not this if that's a concern. I highly recommend this!

    This BBQ sauce is a full-flavor, sugar-free, yummy delight. I am diabetic, and G. Hughes sauces have made it possible for me to enjoy food again after many years of blandness. NO impact on my glucose at all. And it tastes far better than normal BBQ sauce. Do yourself a favor and check out G. Hughes Honey Mustard sauce, too -- better than I've ever tasted. And he does many flavors of the BBQ. Sweet Heat is my favorite. Try his Orange Ginger marinade as a sauce on chicken or in a stir fry. It's incredible.
