Love the product. I've bought other types in the past but this is better. The battery life has been pretty good and the power/vibration output to the muscles has been great. The durability seems a little low but you shouldn't be rough while using these anyway. It's easy to use and helps with some sore muscles. I recommend it for a after-workout relaxation or to help pump up specific muscles that are hard to excercise. It doesn't have the setting I was looking for but the 24 built in are pretty good. Size wise it's pretty compact and easily can be slipped into a pocket

This gadget works! It’s small but easy to adjust and control. There are numerous settings and power levels. I’ve only had to use the lower power levels. When I’ve used other types of devices at doctors offices, I keep having to tell them to turn up the power because the power fades away. But this unit maintains its power output. The battery last really long time . I’ve used this multiple times and the unit is still showing full charge . I think this is a better unit than have been exposed to doctors offices. The instructions say pregnant women And people with heart conditions shouldn’t use it. I think that’s good advice. It’s a great little unit.

I've been battling a tight calf muscle when doing a long walk. I decided to try using this unit after the walk and was amazed how effective it was. Instructions are minimal but it's easy to figure out, just use common sense. The instructions cover safety warnings,read them before using. If your unsure ask your doctor. Apply a little water to the pad, helps them stick better. I placed a pad on either side of my calf muscle and started dialing up the electrical pulse (1-10). Depending on your sensitivity you may need to go up slowly. I had used something like this at the chiropractors office and knew I could handle the 9 level. The stimulation was great, like a deep massage. Within 10 min. my calf muscle was loose and no pain after. I notice that my calf is less painful on walks since using this. There are several pads and connections included with the unit so you could actually do both legs at the same time. There are different stimulation modes, pulses and duration combinations, so you may take awhile to figure out which one works best for you. I would recommend this for those minor aches and pains after a workout.

This is my 3rd TENS unit and by far the best! Its small but powerful - small enough to easily fit in your pocket. Charges fast and delivers effective relief. Instructions are clear and settings uncomplicated. A ton of settings to customize the delivery of impulses to fit your specific pain you're experiencing. I'm glad I bought it, take it when traveling (no issues with it on carry-on or packed luggage) and easy to quickly charge via the USB cable.

this device really stands out for its compact size and the fact that it’s rechargeable. No more dealing with batteries is a big plus in my book. It boasts an impressive array of settings—24 modes to be exact—offering plenty of options for pain relief and muscle stimulation. The electrode pads themselves are of great quality, ensuring a good connection for effective therapy.That said, there are a couple of points that could be improved. The lack of a "lockout" feature for the settings means it's easy to accidentally change modes or intensity, which can be frustrating if you’re moving around a lot. Also, once you turn the device off, it doesn’t remember your last settings. So, you’re back to square one with setup every time you turn it on. This, combined with the small screen display, where numbers and modes are tiny and challenging to read, adds a bit of a hurdle to its usability.Despite these quirks, the unit has a decent runtime of 60 minutes, which is quite convenient for longer sessions. However, it’s worth noting that these design choices might not make it the best option for everyone, especially those who prefer larger, more readable displays or devices that maintain settings between uses. It’s a quality unit for sure, but it’s important to consider these factors before making a decision.
