These are great for plantar fascitis, but beware...these balls are hard and aggressive. I like to use tennis balls first to warm up my feet then use these hard balls starting with a light touch gradually putting more weight down.

I only liked the roller, the ball is too slippery.The spikes are too sharp they hurt a bit. Perhaps it’s supposed to be like that but I cringe every time I use it. The quality is good but too stiff for my comfort. Wish the plastic was not as hard.

Though the design would be awesome for working on my feet, the material that these rollers are made of causes pain in my feet! The plastic isn't a nice firm plastic. It is very hard and the spikes feel like spikes on my arches and my feet. I won't be able to use them for that reason.

I had a what felt like a cramp in my foot for days! Bought this and used it for for two days and voila my foot feels better. It did hurt at first. They are powerful and hard little pieces but so worth it.

When I get out of bed in the morning, the bottom of my left foot, especially my heel hurts so bad. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on the expensive battery operated items like this. So I thought I would try this one. What do I have to lose? Any of the three that I got works amazing I felt instantly better later at night. I just roll them under my feet while I’m watching TV and it’s amazing how much better I feel.

Very decent, well made product for relieving symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I particularly prefer the rolling log as it's easier on my foot, given where my pain is localized to (heel), but I also use the bigger spike ball to relieve the tightness of muscles - though it sometimes tickles a bit! - and I've used the smaller ball to ease tension in my shoulder blades.This is a versatile set for various muscular issues and it comes in a very nice bag. The items are also relatively light weight, which is fabulous, as I can take them on my trips with me in the accompanying bag.Value for the money.
