The quality of these toys are nice. However with some animals the painting/coloring was off (red eyes on one of them). They’re a good size to be used on themed cakes and as decorations other than for playing with. I got them for educational purposes to teach my toddler to identify animals and animal sounds!

I recommend giving them a good wash with warm soapy water and letting them dry in a well-ventilated space. They had a strong smell to them when they arrived, but after a wash and a dry are perfectly fine.

The Buffalo in the photo is Schleich while the other animals are Bolzar. Bolzar looks very similar in size and artwork to Schleich animals however the Schleich animals do have a really nice weight to them while the Bolzar animals are much lighter. I anticipate the Bolzar animals will hold up well with time and don’t regret purchasing them. Would recommend.
