I gravitated to this watch because of the battery life first. Then, the form factor (its a rugged and attractive timepiece when compared to most others) having worn the item now for a while and learned the functionality I was compelled to write this review and share just how well the watch was thought out. the ease of use, the layout of the functions are just phenomenal. Traditional smart watches for me have been hard to navigate and like driving an electric car, you are always dealing with "charge anxiety" worried your time piece is going to run out of power. with this watch, its like having a normal time piece where your battery just doesn't enter your thought process. i dont know how they did it, but this watch has heart rate, sleep, steps, (a host of) workouts, GOOD GPS, blood oxygen (i haven't reached altitude yet) and many other useful functions and rarely needs to be charged... even if using frequently for exercise (MTB for me) hands down the best sports focused watch in the market. it has exceeded my expectations (and they were set high with the high price) good job COROS, you hit it out of the park!

A rare 5 from me. Great features. Regular updates, feature improvements and firmware. Rugged build. Beautiful glass. I climbed to the summit of Mt Rainier over three days. Great battery life, helpful pause, resume and a really useful map / summary at the end of the climb with strong visuals.I now also use it for cycling. A seamless connect to Strava. I love this watch. I’ve tried them all from Garmin, Suunto etc. hands down the best data, best build and feature set I’ve used.

The center navigation button on my Vertix stopped functioning after 1 year. I attempted to contact customer service to have the issue addressed as the watch has a 2 year warranty. 4 emails, 3 phone calls and messages, multiple requests for service sent through the app and 30 days there is still no reply. Watch is great. If it breaks you are out of luck.

Just came back from the first outdoor activity with this watch, 8hr+ car to car, GPS on the entire time, came back with 88% batteray while my partner's Fenix 5 is 59%. Will come back for more reviews on other features.

I have used big name GPS watch brands and have no intention on going back since jumping into COROS. This is my 2nd as I wanted an upgrade and absolutely love it. The battery life is insanely good and if you do happen to have an issue, their customer service is top notch. Look at the pro athletes using their watches! That should say enough!

I used the watch for an 8 day backpack in the Sierras, mostly off trail. I was using the active exercise and GPS tracking mode (at highest accuracy) for about 6-9 hours per day. I had to recharge on the evening of the 7th day. I turned off wrist based heart rate as that is mostly inaccurate crap anyway. I used the watch to track altitude, vertical gain and time spent hiking. During the hike, the watch altitude was pretty close to the topo maps. When I got home, the GPS track was very accurate after I exported the *.gpx track to Gaia Maps. Much better than my Suunto 9 Baro. I like the size of the watch as it fits my wrist very well. I did not need maps on the watch as I was carrying a phone with Gaia maps nor do I listen to music while hiking. At the end of the hike, I exhausted the battery backup (Anker 13000) charging phone and camera. So the Vertix's great battery life was a big help.Overall very pleased.

The display is extremely hard to read even when the light is on. Nothing like the vibrant colors you see online or even on the app.

Provengo da 6 anni di suunto utilizzati per corsa principalmente partito con sunto 5,suunto 7, e suunto 9 baro titanium ...beh che dire vi dico solo che è come paragonare una panda a una Mercedes.....orologio precisissimo a livello di GPS materiali al Top è in italiano quindi tranquilli app fatta bene ...insomma una alternativa più che valida a garmin se non di più con prezzo relativamente più basso ....per i fan sfegatati vi ricordo che coros è l orologio che utilizzano kilian jornet e kipchoge ...minimo minimo una volta comperato 10 secondi in meno al km 😂😂😂

Ancien utilisateur Garmin depuis des années, je me suis au debut laissé tenter pour l’ autonomie ... nais je ne reviendrais en arrière pour aucune raison !
Coros smart watch
This is a good looking watch but it did not perform the way I expected. It is only touch screen in sport mode and it did not track my sleep very well. On to the next!
