I did not find a scoop inside the container...the serving size is 4 scoops @94g ea totaling 375g...once I am past this hurdle I think the rest is just as easy as mixing ans swallowing this bulk. Perhaps more later, ty.

Seems to do what its supposed to I have added this to a proper diet and exercise to increase mass and muscle. Couple months in on my second tub and seeing increases in both mass and muscle. For me I find it is the best value for money the taste is amazing and it is helping.
Works..but you'll have too as well
Tastes good, mixes great, good qty for the price. But like any mass gainer... you'll have to do extra work on the belly as that area usually expands because of these products.As someone who needs the extra calories (I lose weight if I don't work out and can't eat enough to keep up with my metabolism), I like this product. I also take 1/2 the dose per day...
