These are super tiny and easy to get down. I didn't notice a difference in my vaginal health after taking the whole bottle, but no negative side effects either. I think these are good for maintenance. However, if you're struggling with imbalances, these may not be potent enough to give you results.

I have been taking this Probiotic for about 8 months and it works great. My last order had some confusion. One day I received an empty bag. I was concerned and contacted the seller. The next day I received my purchase in a different shipping bag. So all is good with me, big thank you to the shipper Moughans Pharmacy.

i’m really annoyed typing this out right now. I used to suffer from yeast infections and UTIs terribly. so, I bought this because of the reviews I read online and I haven’t had a yeast infection for over 2 years now. I started taking this and two weeks in - BAM. I now have a yeast infection. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. these clearly do not work whatsoever if i’m still getting a yeast infection on top of taking these!!!!. Do not buy. NOT worth the money at all.

I ordered optibac and it took a while to come from theUK. When it arrived it worked purposely, however, this order came in a few days and did not work the same.

Tried & Tested: Best Probiotic For Women
I have used Optibac Women, as well as Everyday and Everyday Max. They are not the cheapest but they seem to be effective, don't give tummy troubles and don't have to be stored in the fridge. Customer care from the company is great too. I've tried others but always come back to these.
Mixed response
I have found that my symptoms have improved however I have mild lower abdomen cramp this whole week of taking them. It may be unrelated (as a lot of the negative symptoms experienced by people may be). These are histamine safe probiotic strains so it should not increase histamine and having histamine intolerance myself this does not appear to have increased histamine for me (and I notice an increase quite quickly). So difficult to tell if the slight cramp is related. I will stop taking them and start again to see if it is!
