5.0 out of 5 stars Best choice!
I had abdominal surgery and have ordered and returned 9 different binders. THIS ONE IS FABULOUS! The straps are VERY durable and do not fall or cut into my skin. The underarm and center do not irritate and rub. The compression is tight, but not painful. Hooks are easy and perfectly spaced. Zipper is smoothing and you don’t have to worry about peeing through a hole in the crotch because it all easily unhooks and rehooks! There is NO downside to this garment. I ordered three more. Everyone is built differently, but this is DEFINITELY worth buying. I hand wash in the shower, hang dry… it’s dry the next day! The lace around the legs is comfortable and it doesn’t ride up. I am 5’4 and weigh 147lbs. The medium is perfect for me! I carry most of my weight in my legs. If I had a bigger middle section, I think I would have needed a large in order to be comfortable. Honestly, I cannot say enough good about this product. I’m so glad I ordered. It definitely makes my surgery area feel secure and comfortable. DON’T HESITATE TO PURCHASE THIS ONE! I wish someone would have told me!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect after surgery recovery
I'm a 2X breast cancer survivor and have had 5 breast surgeries (among other surgeries). I say that so it's understood that I have had to wear my fair share of compression garmets. I originally bought this for use after diep flap surgery (breast surgery #4) but it didn't seem right when I attempted to put it on. It seemed too small and too hard to put on. I felt it would have hurt the healing incisions on my stomach just trying to get it on. Also those incisions required daily care and i had drains to deal with at first. Fast forward 3 months later to my revision surgery and it is perfect. This surgery involved fat graphing to the breast using fat liposuctioned from the abdomen and saddlebag area. 1 day after surgery I am comfortable and i feel well compressed in my whole abdomen area (I have a long torso). Going to the bathroom hasn't been too bad either. I just unhook the clasps and go. I have been hooking only 2 of the 3 clasps down there. The only thing that makes it a little difficult for me is I don't have all of my arm range of motion from prior surgeries but I still make it work. After using the restroom, I pull the back flap forward as much as I can and then hook it to the front flap. With all my other compression garmets usually I become uncomfortable somewhere or I don't feel properly compressed where I need to be. A couple of my good ones seem to cut into the top of my inner thigh after a few hours. This one has been so comfortable. The nurse told me to bring my compression garmet to surgery and they will put it on me afterwards. So I woke up from surgery with this garmet on yesterday morning. I noticed the right side shoulder strap was on twisted on both my compression garmet and bra (most of the work was done on the right side). I was starting to correct it and straighten them out but thought it might have been done on purpose so I left it that way. After seeing some of the comments complaining about straps cutting into their shoulder, im starting to think it's why they did my straps this way. The whole strap cannot cut into my shoulder now. I don't know for sure if that's why they twisted those straps but i thought i'd pass it along in hopes that it helps someone else with that issue. Before and after diep flap surgery I was 5'6 and 181 pounds. My measurements before yesterday's revision surgery was 40-35-43. I was on the border of both size large and XL but I'm really glad I had the large for this surgery. Luckily it was a perfect fit but if it was any tighter it wouldn't have worked. I hardly ever write reviews but as I'm sitting here comfortably 1 day after surgery (with nothing else to do lol) I felt i should share my experience with this garmet since it's not rated 5 stars. That held me back from purchasing it for months and then when I did it wasn't right for the first surgery 3 months ago but it was perfect for this surgery. I'm glad i didn't rate this back then. Sometimes a garmet isn't the right one for certain situations but it doesn't mean it isn't perfect for others. If after washing and wearing this again it holds up well, I will be purchasing another one. As of now this is a 5 star item for me
4.0 out of 5 stars Snatched...ish
This body shaper definitely tucks you in at the stomach, and it does a great job at accentuating the rear, however I wouldn't say that it smoothes you completely. You can definitely still see lumps and bumps, just not as bad as wearing nothing. The shoulder straps are very tight, and I can see it being very uncomfortable when wearing for long periods of time. I would also suggest not wearing underwear, one to help smooth out the overall look, and two because of the zipper access to use the restroom. I highly doubt that the zipper is going to do any good when needing to use the restroom though, as it is very narrow. All in all I think this definitely does a good job of shaping, but spanx does better for shaping and smoothing, and is easier to take off when using the restroom.
5.0 out of 5 stars Better than expected!
This did absolute wonders for me! I was at the bottom of a size range so I ordered same-size. It fit just right. It was very snug, when I first put it on, but clipped up easily and loosened up just enough over the next hour. I think if I was mid-range on the recommended sizes I should have sized up, like some of the other reviews recommended. This was quality material, and very subtle clips and the zipper is slim itself, so you can't see it thru the dress. I was really happy to have found one like this where I could use my own bra, no worries about it not fitting or not shaped to match my dress top. I know full well that a body shaper doesn't give me a new body, but this made me look at least 15 pounds slimmer! I was thrilled with the results. Now to hand wash delicately for the next use! Would definitely buy again and highly recommended. be mindful of the size you choose! It will start tight no matter what, but don't be afraid to size up!
Hetmosa!!
An Amazing and Different Faja
I was reluctant to buy a Faja that doesn't have adjustable hooks, but the price of this, on sale, was a fraction of other brands, so I decided to give this model a try. After having a Tummy Tuck and Lipo 4 months ago, and watching many many vlogs before and after, a few recommended the ShaperX brand. I have purchased about 10 fajas of different brands in the last months, and this is the 3rd model of ShaperX. ShaperX makes their Fajas differently than others. Usually, they are made from PowerNet, and can cost upwards of $200 for a post-surgical garment Colombian faja. Shaperx uses a type of Neoprene mix, which I am finding so much better. They feel much softer on the skin, but provide more support. The Neoprene gives it somewhat of a Suana Suit feel, so that I can really feel the inflammation go down each time I wear it.So with this model specifically, I loved it for a few reasons. Though I have other models that have hooks, in which case I can really adjust the faja to fit my more hourglass shape, which I love.. but with this model, I am constantly told how small/ slim I look. With the PowerNet Fajas, I usually have to wear something underneath, because they irritate the skin. That isn't a problem here, as this is that Neoprene I mentioned. this model provides amazing support, but is still comfortable in terms of fit. The material doesn't stretch so much, making it wonderful for holding the body together. .What made this product unique though, was the back. In addition to the tummy tuck, I have full back Lipo, to give the illusion of a BBL. this is the ONLY Faja I have found that provides proper support all the way down the lower part of the back. I wish I had this months ago! It would have helped with inflammation so much! I purchased the large and the medium, so that now that I am finally feeling the inflammation go down properly, I know I'll soon need a smaller size, and the price of Shaperx is normally amazing, but on sale, its a must have. It is a thong fit though, so your backside still hangs out below, to give it a nice effect and maximize the BBL illusion, not with tight silicone bands under the back side, like other models, but by shaping the back properly. Just beautifulI do wish the thong didn't ride up so much, but I learned to adjust the straps to pull the Faja down, so thats less of an issue. And honestly, It just might be my backside, deliberately shaped to flourish. Also, I had to adjust and pull so that my tummy incision was properly covered, as my incision of my TT was especially low- this likely won't be a problem for others, as this very low scar is because of my special case, and TT dont normally go as low as mineHonestly, ShaperX is the only Faja brand that I have been comfortably able to wear all day and not think about it. After wearing plus sizes all my life, and now being in the regular sizes, it's so nice to feel how small I can look with this shaper. I do love it.

All of it fits very well, comfortable
Good fit but go one size down for compression
For reference I am 64kg, 1,65m tall. Waist circumference 75cm, hips 98cm.Following the provided size chart I should go Large but bought Medium as I am losing some weight after lipo. What I like:Good quality material, good compression, it shapes nicely and I really like this has a zipper to keep things smooth. For this price I am really impressed. What I don't like: The seam between the lace and bottom edge of the garment doesn't have much elasticity, you can fill it gets a bit tighter around the tights, it will mark tight fitting clothes. Apart from that it gives a nice body shape.
Does what it’s supposed to do but the discomfort isn’t worth it.
I like that it does provide some support and “hold me in”. I dislike the fact that it is a bodysuit and the clips dig into the joint/side of my thighs. I couldn’t wear it all day and could probably only do 2 hours at most. It would be great if not a body suit.
