The media could not be loaded. It is not the most expensive looking piece as it is plastic but worked great. Came with the cups, but wasn’t the look I was going for so I bought these martini glasses from party city.

Ordered for my daughter as she requested it and it looked cute. But I was very disappointed when we set it up and tried to use it for the first time. The pump was extremely noisy and it pumped the water through the tubes for about a minute but then stopped. We turned it off and doubled checked everything and tried again with the same results. After about a few seconds it just quit all together. We had to just throw the thing in the trash and take it as a life lesson. I was just glad it wasn’t too expensive. But still disappointing. For people considering this just be careful. It is a cheap quality plastic item made in China so you kinda get what you pay for.

Very easy to use and put together. Product did not come broken. Water flow was just like a fountain. Love the light at the bottom. Love that the cups that came with it can be reused. Size of product is perfect for smaller gatherings.

I love fountains was obsessed since I was a little girl when they were popular at weddings in the late 90s early 80s. I used this for two different parties in the same month. Only used pulp free juice like it states to do. Cleaned it properly put it away, then got it out months later for another party. The lights turned on but the motor would not work. Then found so many reviews, same thing used once or twice then didn’t work… So my husband found that the white plastic opening to the motor at the bottom of the base bowl ( after you store it away). You have to blow into it, if there is any debris at all in that tiny open motor it will not work. Blow into it and blow away any debris and it will work again like magic,( odd I know but you got to do what you got to do) you’re welcome.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived on time and all parts were intact. Very easy to put together. I think it’s priced well considering other beverage holders are around the same price & the fact that it’s a flowing fountain definitely adds an extra touch to your event. The only downside some might have is that you cannot use carbonated drinks, or juices that contain pulp/fruit/food in this fountain so that it doesn’t bubble over or block the flow. It’s also easy to assemble/take down and you can clean it with some warm, soapy water and a washcloth. I also use a small and large straw brush to throughly clean out the spouts and rods that connect each tier.I personally purchased it for a tea party and although we will have too many guests to use the mugs, I love that it comes with them!

Seems like it is quite a common occurrence when purchasing this item. I read other reviews that said that the item looked to be used when they bought it new. I knew right away it was used because the box wasn’t even properly taped shut. Some parts were dirty and scratched. The only reason it is getting 2 stars is cause it’s really nice and works well for the price.

Etwas laut und lässt sich schwer reinigen
Der Brunnen ist schick anzusehen und ein Highlight auf einer Party. Leider ist er aber recht laut. 100% stabil ist er auch nicht, während der Party entstand wohl ein leichtes Ungleichgewicht und er "kippte" um ca. 0,5–1cm – was aber leider reichte, damit die Ausgießer am Rand vorbei waren und die Flüssigkeit nicht im Brunnen sondern auf dem Tisch landete. Zum Glück haben wir es schnell bemerkt.Die Reinigung ist auch schwierig, da man die untere Schüssel nicht auseinanderbauen kann und man ihn nur reinigen kann, indem man Wasser durchlaufen lässt.
