Given the price, there is a part of me that didn’t want this to work so I wouldn’t have to add it to my budget. I am 6 days in and writing this review because I am already seeing significant results. I have a strong routine (vitamin c, hyaluronic, niacinamide, SPF, others) but continue to struggle with retinol sensitivity. Even after years of use, I can still only tolerate retinol 1-2x per week and have been looking for another anti aging serum to supplement the other 5-6x nights. This is it. It goes on light, absorbs easily, and I have had zero sensitivity even with nightly use. My skin is positively glowing! I’m hoping I don’t have the pump issue others have described, but will buy more even if I do. Looking forward to results in 30 days and beyond.

I can’t say I look any younger but my skin does indeed have a nicer feel. Not a fan of the pump design. Feels like you can’t get everything out which for this price, you’ll want to.

I thought this product over and over again from different med spas and typically the product from the med spas. I can always use because there are two sides to this product. There’s a white cream on the right side and there’s a clear cream on the left side and there are supposed to pump out together and work simultaneously to help stimulate collagen and fix fine lines and wrinkles in the skin, however With this particular product I’ve paid $295 for it and it is extremely defective. The only product that will pump out is the clear product on the left side extremely satisfied because the product is so expensive it’s $295 so think about if you need to buy this or not or if you can switch to a different skin care product

This product works but it is very expensive and I found that for the price and the amount of product you get is not worth me purchasing it again. I suppose if I only used it once a week it would have lasted me longer. Or if it was in a jar and not a pump. But I used it daily and it was gone in month. One time purchase for me unfortunately.

This product is wonderful. It has really made a huge difference to my both fine and deep wrinkles. The last two bottles I purchased did not dispense the lotion properly. The white lotion comes out first. Towards the last bit of lotion it is only the clear lotion. I called SkinMedica. They suggested turning the bottle upside down for a few hours to eliminate the “bubbles” inside. I did this and it did not make much difference. SkinMedica told me they are aware of the problems with the bottle and they are working on it.

I received this product 10 days ago and began using it the first night I had it. Today a coworker asked me what I was doing differently? New makeup, perhaps? Uh, no. This product is really good. I am 61 years old and will never look like I did 20 years ago … but my skin and face obviously can look better and this product truly seems to be making that happen. I will come back again in a few weeks and update this.

The product is incredible, the serum and lotion work, however, SkinMedica need to work on their chambers! I lose quite a bit of product when I’m troubleshooting. Sometimes the lotion pumps out of both chambers, and sometimes the serum pumps out of both chambers. I have to really work on getting them to work together & lose product whilst doing so. I’d love to give it 5 stars but the bottle is terrible. I gave it 3 stars because the serum & lotion work.

Have purchased this skin product for years from other sources. Was an excellent price. Packaging the same but this one has a perfumey smell - I only purchase this 2/year as a very small amount is used each time - hope it’s the real product
Not both the chambers are able to pump
I purchased 5 bottles. The pump cover of the first bottle came off loose and it could not pump; so I returned that bottle. I opened up all other 4 bottles to check and the pumps were working. However, after 2 uses, cream from 1 chamber of the 2nd bottle is not pumping out; so now I am only having the benefit of 1 of the cream and I am not sure that means that I am deriving the full benefits of this product. I hope that the remaining 3 bottles will pump out well from BOTH the chambers !!

I bought this from the dermatologist and it was fine.Thought I save some money and ordered this. Two liquids are supposed to dispense simultaneously.They do not. The top also comes off . Seems a counterfeit product to me.
How to use this.
Love this product, saves my facial skin for hurting with dryness by 10am. But the application can be tricky. So this is what you do. Every. Time.1. Turn it upside down.2. Hit the bottom ~3 times with the heel of your hand.3. Keeping it upside down, then pump out product.I have never had problems with getting both solutions out with this protocol.
