5.0 out of 5 stars Works for SYNC3 Upgrade
Works exactly as described
5.0 out of 5 stars Just what I needed!
This was exactly the cable I needed to connect my new USB hub for my Sync 2 to 3 upgrade in my 2014 XLT F150. It’s basically just a fancy MiniUSB cable, but it was worth it to know I wouldn’t have to fiddle with a razor blade to trim a regular one down or anything.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cheaper than OEM
From doing sync 2 to 3 this is the cheapest way.
5.0 out of 5 stars Worked perfect for 4" to 8" sync 3 conversion
Used this cable to plug into the back of the Sync 3 APIM and run to the usb hub in my 2017 Mustang. My mustang came with the base 4" radio and I bought all the parts to do the sync 3 swap except the ford usb cable was backordered. This worked perfect.
2.0 out of 5 stars Poor Quality
Looks like a modified cable. The connectors look as though someone took a Dremel tool and cut a slot on each side of the male connector to match the mating factory female connector.
4.0 out of 5 stars Quedo excelente
Muy bueno!
5.0 out of 5 stars Good.
I didn't need it.
3.0 out of 5 stars It's OK but...
The good:It works (with modification)Good length (about six feet)The bad:Connectors appear to be hand-modified; poor workmanshipHad to trim one connection end for it to workNo response from tech support
Solved CarPlay cut out problem
Cable was good quality and restored stable CarPlay Connection. One cable was installed with too tight a radius in it when car was built which eventually led to original cable cutting out more and more then failing. This solved my problem. 5 stars
