5.0 out of 5 stars If you don’t know this guy, you should
Mika is an extraordinary singer and songwriter who is little known in the States. That’s unfortunate. Check this album out—or any of his work. It might change your life.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mika does it again.
I love this album, it's right up there with his first album. I'd say my favorite songs are numbers 1-7, after that I haven't listened to it much because I've just been listening to those 7 over and over. Also, my kids love it, and it just happens that there's a song with some bad language on it, unfortunately it's one of my favorite's on the album so I tell me kids to not sing that part. Overall, if you like Mika, like pop, this is a great album.
5.0 out of 5 stars Not sure how he does it
With each CD Mika has put out, I am certain the next one he puts out will be a disappointment. I can't understand how he just puts out better and better albums. This is a great complex pop gem.
4.0 out of 5 stars NICE ADDITION
I've listened to all of Mika's studio albums many, many times, and I'm a solid fan. This newest album is enjoyable and noticeably different than his previous ones, but not all that different.Of his 5 studio albums, I'd place this in a tie for 3rd with "Cartoon Motion". Ahead of it, I'd place, in first "Origin of Love", and in second "Boy Who Knew Too Much".This new album added the revelation to me that he has a lot more in common with Prince's sound, than he does with the misguided comparisons of him to Freddie Mercury. (Besides the liberal use of falsetto, he really has nothing musically in common with.FM.) The songs "Ice Cream" and "Platform Ballerinas" drip with classic Prince vocal and instrumental sounds, and that indeed is new to this newest album, and very much welcomed by me.If you are a big fan of Mika's studio work, or just mildly enjoy it enough to be reading such a review as this, I'd say have no reservations about buying this album. It is a nice collection of songs that falls well in line with his previous works, and adds some pleasing new twists.3.8 Mika Stars.

What a wonderful album with some thought provoking lyrics. And, as usual, Mika delivers some fun, danceable songs (Ice Cream)
5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Listen
Great sound, great cover art, and like having the lyrics in one place. Excellent album

Me encantó el diseño gráfico del disco, y el contenido musical es bellísimo, cada canción es una obra de arte. Mika es mi cantante favorito.

It's a beautiful musical expression with lots of levels to it. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
fidèle à lui même, c'est du Mika
concernant les mélodies, j'aurais aimé un tout petit peu plus de folie dans cet album mais il est parfait quand même
