5.0 out of 5 stars Fly killer
Excellent product, simple to get ready and mounted easily. Looks great, not recognized as a fly killer. I love Dr. Killigan products!
1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing Performance: Dr. Killigan's The Fly Inn
I recently purchased Dr. Killigan's The Fly Inn in hopes of effectively dealing with fly infestations. However, I must express my disappointment with this product. Despite its visually appealing design and discreet appearance, it failed to deliver the expected results. Allow me to elaborate on my experience with this fly trap.At first glance, Dr. Killigan's The Fly Inn appears aesthetically pleasing and inconspicuous, making it suitable for placement in various areas, including the kitchen. I appreciate the effort put into its design to ensure it doesn't look like a typical, unsightly fly trap.Regrettably, the main issue lies in the product's effectiveness. Despite diligently following the provided instructions, the fly trap failed to perform satisfactorily. I found that it caught an abysmal number of flies, with fewer than five flies caught in either trap.Considering the purpose of a fly trap is to attract and capture flies, this level of ineffectiveness is highly disappointing. It's crucial to have a reliable and efficient solution for managing fly infestations, and unfortunately, Dr. Killigan's The Fly Inn falls short in this regard.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product to others seeking an effective fly trap solution. While its appealing appearance and lack of obviousness may be appealing, its performance leaves much to be desired.Pros:Visually appealing designDiscreet appearance suitable for various areasCons:Ineffective in capturing fliesCaught less than five flies in either trapOverall disappointing performanceIn conclusion, my experience with Dr. Killigan's The Fly Inn was highly unsatisfactory. Despite its visually appealing design and inconspicuous appearance, the product's inability to effectively capture flies renders it ineffective. I would advise exploring alternative options for addressing fly infestations.Wishing you success in finding a more reliable fly trap solution.
4.0 out of 5 stars Impressed
I was pretty skeptical of this. It did take awhile to attract the flies but once it did, it was pretty impressive. Happy with my purchase.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great and discreet fly catcher
This works so well! It’s way more discreet than the fly strips we used to use plus catches WAY more flies. It doesn’t work immediately , though. I think some reviews were probably expecting all of the flies to be gone overnight. It took a few days before they all started getting trapped. But now our kitchen is basically fly-free for the first summer ever.

Flys weren’t attracted to it
5.0 out of 5 stars THEY WORK!
First, these are ridiculously easy to use, just read the instructions so you can be sure you have everything set the right way. Second, holy moly do these work! We live near a forest preserve, so we tend to get a lot of flies. I put this sucker on the window the flies love the most (right over the trash of course), and in the first day we caught 13. This is after a week of use, needless to say it’s time to change the sticky insert out! You truly can’t see the dead flies in there unless you look, so that’s another plus. These have honestly changed my life because I no longer have to deal with the annoying buzzing or the grossness that comes with flies. Truly, if you’re going to listen to a review on these, listen to me. The girl who never writes reviews because ADHD gets in the way, but felt incredibly compelled to write this one. Buy. These. Traps. I plan to see what else this company has to offer!
2.0 out of 5 stars Fussy and ineffective
The product is supposed to work like this: Its suction cups stick to a window where most flies supposedly go to hang out with their buds. Then they "fly in" (cute!) and get trapped by the sticky paper you slip inside the plastic housing (Fly Inn; cute!) For those squeamish about dead flies, it does indeed hide their hideous bodies. There's only one catch. For it to work, the flies have to fly in. If you were a fly, would you enter a dark narrow chamber when you could be zooming around the kitchen in the bright light? It's been up for days and so far only one fly has had the curiosity to see what was going on behind the plastic facade. I have, on the other hand, had the pleasure of swatting, bamming, mashing, and otherwise killing -- oh, let's be modest, but many many many many times the number of flies who have taken up residence in the (cute!)I don't know what kind of a doctor Dr. Killigan purports to be, but beware experts with fancy degrees and fancy titles.Try Dr. Menace's Old Fashioned Plastic Fly Demolisher.
1.0 out of 5 stars Does NOT work
After setting this up in 2 different rooms, not one Phorid fly in either. Very disappointed.
Sorry about gross pictures 🤢
We had booked two nights away just as the annual cluster fly vacation started. I nearly cancelled the trip as I dreaded coming back to a house full of the of these vile creatures.I only had two Inns but put them in the windows of our garden room. Came back to two absolutely stuffed full Inns. I felt sick but grateful there were fewer to vacuum up or to carry on breeding.I've put another order in. You are my saviors. Thank you!!
Waste of money
Absolute waste of money. The flies do not go near it. It’s something to attract them. There is no fooling these flying pests. Please do not waste your money
Can't believe how good this is!!
Was having real issues with flies in the windows, but within 1 day of using this trap the issue is solved. They are really easy to use, instructions are really clear, really clean and tidy looking, not intrusive in any way. Fabulous piece of kit.
Flies
No fly or other insect is safe from this catcher. Looms good, easy to fit and remove. Recommend.
Catches even it biggest beasties
Discrete and effective way to have fly paper up. Always get lots of flies in summer and have tried lots of ways of controlling them. These are nice as they catch flies and keep them hidden. As you can see, these are very strong, stuck a dragonfly and even that bought the farm
