How to Make A Cup of Delicious Coffee?
1. Fill the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205℉" Preset, and wait for a few minutes;
2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness with COSORI Coffee Grinder;
3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker;
4. Pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a slow turning motion;
5. The coffee drips slowly into the pot, and the delicious coffee is ready!
How to Descale/Clean the Kettle?
1. Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water;
2. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe;
3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth;
4. Repeat as needed.
Notes:
1. Add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle. Do not fill above the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base.
2.It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard.
3. When you choose a preset with Hold Temp, and then lift the kettle during heating; the CO108-NK will continue the heating process if the kettle is returned to the base within 1 minute.

Three years later and she’s still going strong. I can confidently say I love this kettle. I keep seeing other more expensive and “high end” kettles and think about replacing it but I just can’t. She’s been so good to me. Even after someone accidentally spilled some water on the buttons, she still works great. Here are a few tips that I recommend to take care of your kettle:1) descale your product every 6 months or so. Especially if you live somewhere with hard water. I am lucky to have access to drinkable water but I still run it through a filter before putting it in my kettle. I have noticed when I use water that has sat out in a pitcher overnight I have to descale my product less. You don’t need a fancy solution, just Google a vinegar solution. Tbh, I would recommend this will all products that you run or heat water through to prevent the lime scale/ water mark build up. I think doing this has kept the temperature accurate. I have read that having lime scale and affect the accuracy of the temp read on gadgets.2) don’t let water sit in it. I know it’s easy to forget or not want to refill the kettle all the time but I use it so much that I have trained myself to empty it like clock work.3) this goes along with 2 but don’t keep the lid on. I usually empty my kettle and then put the lid next to it to let it air out. I started doing this about 6 months ago and I haven’t had to descale my kettle yet. It’s kept clean and it gives my kettle an opportunity to air out.4) make sure you don’t spill water on the outside of the kettle when filling it. This one is kind of a no brainer but if you get water on the hot rings, it might stop it from working. Only takes 5 seconds to grab a dish towel and dry the exterior before putting it on the burner.5) DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN HERE BUT WATER. I don’t think I need to elaborate on this one.That’s about all I have for now. You take care of her and she will take care of you! I always get compliments on this kettle. She’s sleek, reliable, and fairly priced compared to other “fancier” kettles.Video is me boiling water to 180 and taking a temp read right after. Still works!

Affordable and popular. I was reluctant as you rarely see a product meet both categories without some defect. This heats water rapidly to the correct temp. 4 Minutes to boil. Slightly smaller at 800 ml than previous kettles I have owned but the construction appears solid and the handle and spit are configured so pouring is easy. Great for making one or two pour overs. Controls are intuitive and the buttons are soft touch no need for a hard press just touch. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. One noticeable missing feature is most kettles I have owned have a digital reading showing progress of temp as it heats up. However this kettle heats so quickly that it is of little importance.

After looking at several tea pots. I chose this one and Im glad I did. It looks good with the goose neck. I love that it has different settings for different type teas. And not all teas take the same temperature. The correct temp is very important for getting the full flavor of each type. I waited several months before I wrote this review to make sure my review was correct after use. OH!!!! If you forget to add water...it shuts itself off(yes ive done this LOL). Its a bit pricey. But worth it. Fast shipping and well packaged.

This thing is amazing! Everyone who sees it loves the looks of it with the cool spout. Chose because it is a known name brand and all stainless steel, no plastic touching hot water anywhere which is important. It heats so fast and has a mild toned quick beep that tells you it is ready but you can even hold the button down to turn the tone off per the instructions, I like it on tbough. Keeps water warm for half hour if you hit that button too. Several temp settings. So easy just hit on button and press temp and 3ish minutes and you are good to go. Buttons don’t have to be pressed hard. Best yet is that it is so fun to pour! I can’t explain it but it is just balanced well and the water comes out at a great speed and angle and it just is enjoyable to use. Very happy with this product!

I've used this kettle about three times per day on average, for over six months. It's still working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the various temperature settings and "hold heat" features. My water is ready quickly, the unit isn't too loud when heating, and it doesn't hog a ton of counter space. Definitely recommend!

Easy to pour. Quick to heat. But it is smaller than I expected. Works great for making my Aeropress but not big enough for making iced tea or making a water bath for creme brulee. So I kept my original hotpot for those things. The Corsani looks great on my counter!

As an American, I grew up using the microwave to heat water. This is my first kettle and I love it so much. It looks nice and works exactly as expected. Easy to use and pours nicely. Not sure what else you need.I bought a second kettle for my office and didn’t hesitate when deciding to buy this one again.

Perfecta en todos los aspectos. Su capacidad es perfecta (solo yo la uso y no necesito 2 L de agua caliente). Lo único que me frenaba un poco comprarla era el tema de auto apagado cuando está vacía y en la descripción no menciona nada pero SÍ tiene. Estoy feliz.

Where to start - boiling water came out the spout while the kettle was heating, the lid gets extremely hot, cannot change either preset buttons or app from Fahrenheit to Celsius, flashes not enough water when it’s too full and can’t really be added to alexa
