I absolutely love this chair! It is smaller just perfect for me, nice quality and the massager is great just to relax and I use the heat every night! I was so sad when it quit working just after 4 months, but I reached out to their customer service and were very quick to respond. They sent me a new remote, but unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem. They are now sending me a brand new chair and told me to keep the old one. Now that’s great customer service :)

This chair is great for anyone who isn't over 5ft 8in. I'm 5'5" and it fits me perfectly my cousin is 6 ft tall and it's too short for him. The heated back and the massage features are great. I would buy this again. The only thing that is a negative is it doesn't swivel. So i need to get up and move the chair if I want to face the room instead of the TV. Lol

It’s perfect for smaller areas but still comfortable. Assembly was super easy and chair itself offers back support. Looks great and very functional. The only thing I would change is the lever for the foot rest. It’s very awkward but still functional. The heat feels great on the back.

The pull broke twice. The 1st time we could still tape it back at the top. And then today, the bottom finally broke too.. no way to tape it back and open the recliner now

I really like the chairs so far, although I was very disappointed because I read a review of someone saying that these were comfortable for 6' tall people. I am 5'8 and my feet hang off at least 8 inches... definitely made for people around 5ft to 5'2 inches tall. I like the color, how easy they are to assemble, the confort... but now need to figure out what I can do to make them work for us... I can sit cross legged in it fine, but it really defeats the purpose of a recliner.

Needed a lift chair. We purchased this for that reason but also got extra with the heat and vibration features. Well worth the purchase.

Can barely feel any heat, the "massage" is just vibrating on the back. The legs and thighs portion does not work. Very stiff and uncomfortable.

I bought this as a gift for my father it came very promptly and he couldn't wait to open it.Pros: The chair itself was super easy to assemble and not to heavy to carry. Very padded and soft just as advertised. The color is smoother and nicer than the picture advertised I'm very pleased it turned out that way. The chair reclines quite far back into a comfortable sleeping position and the foot rest is easy to click in place. All in all I love it and my dad can't seem to get out of it!!Cons: The lever on the side is a bit tricky as you have to pull it a litter farther back than you would originally think. Not a deal breaker and definitely something that one can get used to.It's been a little over a month and the chair is still in great condition, it's been used daily for VERY long periods of time. The padding is still plump and soft
