Feed your brain! I put this in my coffee every morning before blending it up - it helps make a nice foam for my morning coffee. It helps me keep a keto lifestyle by making my morning coffee into a great breakfast of coffee that wakes me up and gives my brain actual energy to start the old engine. Is usually sufficient to keep me full for 5 hours. So if you want to extend your overnight fast - (don't know if this breaks your type of fast) this is a good tool for me. Flavor is not noticeable in my coffee. Maybe a slightly pleasant addition, nothing weird.

This is a good product. It mixes up very well compared to other products. MTC oils that I've tried doesn't get clumpy. I don't have to use a mixer or a frother mixes with just a spoon and tastes pretty good

One scoop in my homemade cashew milk, put in my Nespresso foamer and WOW! Thick, rich, creamy foam in my delicious MicroIngredients Organic Instant 10 in 1 Mushroom Coffee. INSANE! I will never be without both of these items. Between this item and the Mushroom Coffee, I have no acid reflux, GREAT new energy w/out the jitters and I even lost a pound and kept it off! I know, one pound? But hey! Feel one pound of ground beef in your hand. That's quite a bit of weight that came off! Not that this product makes that claim but with the new energy I get from the coffee and MCT oil, I move more and my joints ache less, too! Game changer, people. Game...changer!

I was hesitant to try MCT oil, have had IBS. However Dr. Gundry recommended that MCT powder may be less of an issue if you have gastric issues. Today was my first day and I'm very pleased with the flavor, mixed well, some noticable increase in energy and No Gastric distress. That being said, Used Only 1/2 of a scoop. Intermittent fasting for several months and hopefully this will be a daily addition to my coffee or tea. Also my gastric issues have diminished Greatly through intermittent fasting. Due to my much improved digestive challenges, my sensitivity to many foods has been substantially redused. Trust yourself and use common sense.

I absolutely love this product. I can't swallow pills so it was perfect for me. I mixed it with coconut water and it's such a nice sweet (not too sweet) flavor that l drink each morning. I'm trying to change my diet so l can create more keytones and just is getting me on the right path.

I’ve been putting this in my daily smoothies, and it blends up easily with no lumps. It doesn’t have much taste that I can tell, but it’s getting mixed into a smoothie that likely covers up the flavor. It smells good though! It definitely seems like a good value for what you pay for it.

Trying to stay away from dairy creamers but I really can't stand all of the artificial yuck in the leading non-dairy creamers from a certain company that I will never buy from again. I tried this after reading a number of positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. I use a frother to mix it in - that's important because no one wants a clump of creamer in their mouth. The creaminess is on point. There is a hint of coconut so if you are averse to coconut flavor, then this is probably not for you. I do not miss dairy when I use this in my coffee or my tea.

Great texture, love that it’s not flavoured and can go into anything. Use it with shakes, smoothies, and lattes and successful in everything. Will definitely buy again! 🙂

Love this product and the fact it’s not sweetened. Just gives my coffee that edge in the morning and holds off the hunger pangs very well whilst giving an energy boost!! Highly recommend

Everytime I drink it, I have a feeling of endless energy that’d never end. It accelerates fat burning and metabolism where your body will recompose itself if you train hard. It also gives you a stable focus and memory boost that you can perform any mental task with laser sharp performance.

I bought this to replace a product that was extremely difficult to obtain. It's much easier to mix in my coffee, than actual oil
