5.0 out of 5 stars Effective and Convenient: Zevo Flying Insect Trap!
The Zevo Flying Insect Trap is an absolute game-changer when it comes to managing pesky flying insects in the home! I recently set one up, and I’m incredibly impressed with how well it works. The trap is incredibly effective at attracting and capturing flies, moths, and other flying insects. The light and attractant work perfectly together, drawing insects in and trapping them without the use of harmful chemicals. It’s reassuring to know that it’s safe for use around children and pets.Setting up the trap was a breeze—simply plug it in, and it starts working immediately. It’s discreet and unobtrusive, blending well into the background while quietly taking care of the insect problem. The design is sleek and modern, so it looks good in any room.I also appreciate how easy it is to clean and maintain. The trap is simple to disassemble and doesn’t require much effort to keep it functioning optimally. If you’re looking for an effective, safe, and hassle-free solution to keep flying insects at bay, the Zevo Flying Insect Trap is highly recommended. It delivers excellent results and makes managing indoor pests a lot easier!
5.0 out of 5 stars Works amazing.
This works great catching bugs. The blue light attracts the bugs and the sticky paper in the plastic cover traps it.You don’t notice the bugs until you unplug it and get rid of the stick paper. It is a little pricey but it works and pretty so it is worth it. Would buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent
I was surprised how well it’s worked . If you have problems, be patient. First, ensure you are dealing with fruit flies and not another insect like gnats or no see-ums etc. Second, like all insects, fruit flies lay eggs, and there is a cycle of growth and death as old ones die and eggs hatch. My problem was much better after one day. However, it took 4-5 days to get rid of all of them, using one trap. I had considered buying two but it’s not necessary. It worked so well i will probably leave it in place and occasionally change the filters. It looks u pleasant to see the fruit flies stuck to the filter which is tape. However, it shows they are caught and killed even though it’s sad.Where I live I never has this issue. I noticed them in the outside hallways, and on the main lobby so there is a larger issue where I live but it’s Florida and not shocked. Rarely when I bought potatoes or certain fruits in the past I saw rare fruit flies circulating in the store area, major respected stores. However, I selected fruits and vegetables that had none. I was incorrect once or twice and one or two fruit flies flew out of plastic bags containing fruit or vegetables. I still don’t think that was the issue at hand now, as the outside and in the building there is an issue . But the tevo trap really works ! Be patient. Give it a week or two depending on how many fruit flies you have. One fruit fly can lay thousands of eggs which can hatch. But they tend to lay them on fruit or food in trash so I got rid of trash daily but also made sure the plastic container under my counter that slides out was kept where the bag was kept folded and closed as it never came with a lid and this plastic container won’t fit any standard lid, and they are hard to find and expensive. However, leave any trash with food covered no matter how you do it. It’s a good idea anyway, I’m extremely clean and hadn’t considered this as trash always was tossed every day. The covering trash where eggs could be hatched, and using the tevo trap stopped and killed all fruit flies in 4 days. I never had a huge problem but it was very annoying and fruit flies at times could be aggressive and probably as there was no food in my place, or water for them to survive . I had many doubts that anything but poison would work. I was wrong. The blue UV light attracts them into the trap and they get stuck to the sticky filter. You are supposed to change filters every few weeks and as they aren’t that costly I’ll likely keep it in place permanently. If you have pets or kids it’s a great way to avoid them breathing in harsh poisons and food yourself as well. I had no intention to buy a trap without poison but it really worked and the permethrin poison is hard to find. I give this product 5 stars but give it a week or two to kill them all. And make certain you are sure you are dealing with fruit flies. Since they can come from drains , I poured bleach down the kitchen and bathroom sink drains too. They sell other products for that but I had bleach on hand anyway and tried that first. All of these techniques solved the issue.
4.0 out of 5 stars Works pretty good but not as well as I had hoped.
I was hoping they would catch some of the mosquitoes that sneak in our house, but nope not a signle mosquito. And most of the flies aren't caught. But it does really well with tiny flying gnats that make their way in. I unplug it during the day because it doesn't catch much during the daytime. For the evening, make sure it's the only light in the room for best results. This picture is at the one month mark; 5 weeks worth. I had hoped it would catch more flies, but I will continue to purchase because it catches so many little bugs that I didn't even know were here.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for black flies, no see-ums & fruit flies
I don’t know how anyone can give this thing less than five stars. This thing is amazing. In South Carolina, we get a lot of no see-ums even through the screens. Don’t expect this thing to work during the day though… The real magic happens at night when all your lights are off, but the flies and the bugs are attracted to the blue light of this thing. I also Love how it hides the flies and you don’t have to look at them after they’re caught (gross) So I can plug it in near my fruit bowl and get rid of fruit flies too without anyone being grossed out! Also really love how the plug changes direction so you can place it any way/direction you need to. I read the one star reviews….it seems to me the flies are definitely attracted to the light at night when it is dark and that’s the only thing on….so don’t expect it to work in a well lit area. Stays plugged in great for me. No problem there either. 🤷🏼♀️ Buying more refills now love this thing.
These traps work well
I would’ve given a five star rating, but the package was stuck at the border for about 2 weeks. I will continue to buy these traps
Mejor de lo pensado
