I have used these in the past and returned to purchase again as my cholesterol began climbing. They have worked for me in the past and after my latest bloodwork, they are doing the job again. Didnt work :(
Unfortunately it didn't work for me, it gave me terrible stomach cramps and I had the runs the following day. I was really excited about trying it but sadly it didn't suit me. That's not to say it won't work for you, I'm just sensitive to a lot of foods/supplements so I need to be very careful what I choose.
