So far, so good! It was installed in just a few minutes with no tools required. Two people would make the job easier but my GF was at work and I have long arms, so a solo install was the ruling on the field. The bottle of our old dispenser had collapsed in on itself, split on the sides, and spilled out making a huge mess that went unnoticed for some time. The operation of this unit was well thought out with the check valve preventing the soap from flowing back into the jug. In theory, this should keep the pump primed and soap should flow with every press. This is day one, so time will tell. I'll update if it fails prematurely. The old one came with the faucet and we've had it for close to a decade. The bar has been set.

Soap dispenser came in on time, with no delivery or ordering problems during the holiday season 2024. Have not used it a lot yet, but looks like it will meet the needs, of a good sink flush mount soap dispenser. I put a big giant bottle of Dawn dish soap underneath, and won't have to buy a new bottle for a long time, or have to refill the freestanding bottle, like I did on the last soap dispenser I had there before. So If you're looking for a pretty well-made soap dispenser for your sink, that is flush mount, and easy to install, then go ahead and get this one, because it's made well and it seems for now to be a good value for its money.

I bought this soap dispenser back in November (it’s now April). I waited to review it so I could be as accurate and informative as I could.I have replaced my kitchen soap dispenser a couple of times over the years and none of them have worked all that well. They would clog, be a pain to refill, etc. After reading the reviews for this model (and being happy with the look of it), I placed my order. It was very easy to install and I was able to tighten it without much effort (my old one would never completely tighten so would swivel).I filled the soap container before installing it under the sink but every refill has been through the top and has worked out great (we use the giant Softsoap containers from Costco...very easy to refill).One of the reasons I waited to review was, due to Covid, I knew this would get an above average workout with the big increase in hand washing. Well, it is still working like a champ!!! No clogging, the spring still springs with no feeling of lag. It is working as smoothly as the day I installed it. I ighly recommend if you are looking for a replacement soap dispenser.
