I recently tried LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes in Citrus Salt and am genuinely impressed! This drink mix is exactly what I needed to stay hydrated without the sugar and artificial ingredients that most electrolyte drinks contain. As someone who’s active and always on the go, I needed a boost that didn’t leave me feeling sluggish or weighed down by sugar, and LMNT has been perfect.The flavor is refreshing—a crisp, tangy citrus taste with just a hint of salt, which balances out beautifully and is actually enjoyable to drink! The packets are super convenient for on-the-go hydration. I also love that LMNT is focused on science-based hydration. The media could not be loaded. I really like these LMNT hydration packets. As an Iron Man triathlete, I have used a lot of these types of products and I really like the fact that these are clean not a lot of additives or sugar just clean hydration. I prefer the citrus salt over some of the other flavors because it’s just not as sweet. I like just a little bit of tartness plus the salt it’s really nice and refreshing. I use these during training and just one. I’m feeling a little dehydrated and need some clean hydration. they mix really well not gritty or anything like that. It doesn’t matter if your water is super cold with ice I just throw the packet in there and they mix up nice and easy, yummy.

I have tried them all, and this one is the tastiest of all. It's not overpowering, just a hint of citrus and salt. I love to have it before a workout or first thing in the morning to rehydrate. It is refreshing and healthy. I also really like the grapefruit. Highly recommend.

I've been an avid mountain biker since 1990 and throughout the years have battled muscle cramps regularly. Having used just about every product and eventually discovering their detractors, be it sluggishness or stomach issues or still having muscle cramps, they all seemed to not hit the mark. I am so impressed with LMNT, no cramps, no stomach issues, tons of energy, tastes good, blends well, no sand!! The lack of sand is a huge one for me. The energy difference is so massive other people are noticing. I popped in today to place another order and thought I'd let others know LMNT really hit the target with this product.

It’s convient. It’s practical. It has the essential elements for hydration. The flavor is decent. It’s sugar free.It’s junk additive free. I found one packet was too salty for my taste at 16 ounces. So I went to 24 ounces and that was just right.

This little packet really helps when I'm feeling dehydrated. I have used when I in higher altitude as well at home in Texas.I have tendencies to dehydrate quickly and every time I use this product I recover quicker. So much better than a sports drink.It dissolves easily, is sugar free , and the taste is good.
