First of all none of the dried fruit packages would reseal, so all fruit had to be moved to ziplock bags. Next the peaches were very bad. Half of them were so hard, they were no eatable. Then there were sharp seed shards in the fruit (see picture), like having sharp pieces of wood in the fruit. Basically, I had to throw all the peaches away, they were not a quality product. Very disappointing!

Every bite reminds me of accidentally swallowing hot spring water. The sulfur used to preserve really taints the overall flavor of the fruits, overpowering it and making it pretty vile as I can only eat a few pieces before I find a palate cleanser. I'd throw it away normally and call it a loss, but with how expensive food is that's not an option.

My choice for dried Peaches is fruit that still is moist, deep peach in color with a fresh taste. These peaches were pretty dry and instead of a deep rich peach color, were kind of pale yellow. The taste was okay but didn't have that great taste of the deep peach color and was a bit hard to chew. I will keep looking for dried peaches that better fit my preferred taste.
