I use a CPAP machine and I was constantly waking up with a dry mouth. This product keeps my mouth moist all night and it is a "must have" that I was lucky enough to discover. Pleasant taste and not overwhelming. Great stuff.

These tablets keep my mouth moisturized all night, and are disintegrated by morning. They have an adhesive side that sticks to gums, so they stay put. Also, xylitol has an antibacterial effect, so it helps protect the back teeth from cavities. I place them on the outer gums in the back, up against the roots of the back tooth on each side of the lower jaw. You can also place them on the roots of the upper back teeth. I use a CPAP at night, and I won't be without these tablets.

I carry these with me at all times and use during sleeping. If you suffer like I do from medications drying your mouth out, you should try these. No unpleasant taste, they suction to the inside of your mouth and last all night. I have tried many other products, but non are as effective, easy to use, taste as good, are a great value or last as long as these losenges. Great product!

Work good with CPAP. You need to put one on each side of your mouth for them to work. The will stick after a few minutes and hold for the night. The only complaint I have is they are too sweet so I don't use them much. Most times I'll put one or two in when I wake up with dry mouth when using the CPAP.

This product has made a hugh difference in my daily life. I have just almost used up the first container and have ordered more. I had such a dry mouth when I slept that often my lips would stick to my teeth, and I awoke with such a dry mouth there was like a white gummy substance that made it miserable to even open my mouth and brush my No more, when I use the XyliMelts my mouth stays moist, and my lips no longer stick to my teeth. I have told many people and also doctors about them. Also, my nose is not clogged when I wake up. Thank you for this product. I don't ever want to be without it.
