So far so good - no leaks around the pump and no signs of rust. I have only been using it a couple of weeks, but what I'm most impressed about is how easy the pump is to press. This means that you can press it a tiny bit and get a tiny bit of soap or press all the way down for more. I love the control!The pump also turns freely so you can line it up any direction you want. This worked great for me because the glass bottom (closeup pic) is a little thicker on one side than the other, so I just turned it around so it looks even.They weren't kidding - it is heavy glass! Bolo placed it by itself in a box, that probably could have held 20 more soap dispensers, with nothing but some air pillows. The dispenser only came in a thin covering of bubble wrap - the pump wasn't even covered. After all of the bouncing around it had to have done on its journey, there was no damage. I do think the seller could have put it in its own box - at the very least to protect the pump, but it's obviously quite durable.I'll update my review if anything changes, but so far, I recommend.

We bought this soap dispenser to replace a similar glass and plastic pump setup that failed after only a few months. This current set is very hefty and has a stronger pump mechanism, which gives me more confidence for it being something that will actually last and be able to handle all of the bathroom traffic hand washing. Plus, it looks attractive and has a real presence.

This has a thick glass container with an attractive design that we really like. The dispenser does not slide on the edge of the wash bowl as the previous dispenser we had did. My only concern is with the pump. It has functioned well but is constructed of plastic with a chrome finish. Not as substantial as I would like. One full squeeze of the pump dispensed more of the liquid soap than I wanted. I've dealt with this by diluting the soap in the dispenser and not squeezing the pump fully. This may well be a function of the specific brand of liquid soap we use, which tended to clog the spout of our previous dispenser if the soap was not diluted.

I love my new soap dispenser. It seems a little...maybe wobbly when you push down the pump but it works just fine. No rust, not broken - I'm happy!

I use this to hold dishwashing liquid on top of the sink. It's got a nice size so it'll hold a lot the pump works well and it's very attractive without standing out. It was a good purchase
