    I've ordered a lot of supplements in my life and usually they end up just getting discarded but shocked at the effectiveness of this . I hurt my knee about 4 months ago at the gym and had trouble standing up without a lot of pain . It also hurt whenever I'd take a walk and I'd have to use my hands to lift my left leg back into the car . Within two days my pain was down 75% and after 2 weeks it's down 95% . I'm taking this for life . Great supplement .

    These capsules are much easier to take than the powder. After about 2 weeks of consistent use, my knee and hip joint pain has subsided 75%. I’m able to comfortably hit the gym again. And bonus- my skin feels soft and moisturized. Will have these on auto-ship.

    From what I can tell this seems to be a good product. These sorts of supplements are very hard to judge because it’s quite subjective/lots of other factors, but my joints feel a bit better. Minor sports/gym injuries seem to be less frequent and more mild. Hopefully that means this is working its magic!

    I started taking this to see if it would help with my very painful locked shoulder (also has tendonosis and a tear). In less than a week my pain subsided and over the course of the month my mobility has significantly improved… I’m able to use my arm!! Then a couple days ago I fell, rolled my ankle. That ankle was previously injured and has torn ligaments. I thought I was going to be suffering for weeks… but I’m walking just fine and for the most part pain free! There is no doubt in my mind that the recovery is due to this collagen! I take it morning, noon and night and will continue to do so. Just a footnote, I am in my early 60s.
