This canned tomato soup is a comforting, quick meal option, especially on a chilly day. The flavor is nice and tangy, just what you expect from tomato soup. It's great with a grilled cheese sandwich! However, I found the consistency to be a bit too watery for my liking, even after adding less water than recommended. It’s convenient and affordable, but it could use a richer texture. It’s still a solid pantry staple when you're craving something simple, but if you like your soup thick, you might want to add some extra ingredients.

I always search for the highest quality product at the lowest price. At the $.88/can I paid, this tomato soup is just fine. At the $1.29/can regular price, not so much. The national brand sold here by the bigmart is $1.29/can. I buy canned tomato soup when I am cold or sick. It's not healthy with so much salt and starch. It's just sort of soothing to me. This Bolo iteration of the soup is exceedingly better than house brands I have tried. All other house brands have been awful, pale pinkish, thick with extreme starch and no flavor. This Bolo product has a good flavor to me, more acid and tomato-ish, and a nice tomato color, better than the name brand, I think.Compared to the name brand, it is quite thin. But the name brand has a lot of thickener, which might be the difference. The flavor might be better than the name brand. I mix mine with milk so it might be different with water. Maybe I just want warm milk sometimes. I buy a few cans a year, so it is not a major need at my house. At a lower price than the name brand, This soup is the best one.Oddly, the can was not full. It was filled ¼" from the top of the can.Thanks, Bolo, for bringing more choices and competition into the marketplace.

One of my favorite meals is Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, nothing better and easy peasy, canned tomato soup works great, I add a little chopped fresh tomato, and some Worcestershire sauce to taste and sometimes a little chopped onion and throw it on the fire for a while and it taste like homemade. This brand is just as good as any other canned soup and much less expensive.

My Mom made me Cream of Tomato Soup (using milk) since I was a little kid back in the dark ages (1970s). This tastes just like that used to. Campbell's now seems clumpy and just doesn't blend in with the milk like it used to. This was smooth. And delicious! We're stocking up on it. Highly recommend!

Once I tried this brand, I gave up buying the big name brand that everybody knows. This brand is less expensive and has more chicken than that other brand. A great buy!
