I've used this product to make omurice, it's really tasty and packa a lot of flavor. This is definitely not traditional western demi glace it's a bit sweeter

Had better demi glace before. Was trying to make the omurice. Need some either heating to prepping instructions. I didn't see any videos or instructions. Maybe i made it wrong but if there was a instructions maybe could have better rating.

The product was broken when it was arrived, but no return no refund, as Servesafe policy not good to eat, I cant tell the taste is good or bad, what I prefer Demi Glace is powder, this one is a paste, cant keep it long as powder.
