I ordered this for myself, being unable to find a cropped to the elbow shrug. All of the adult or junior sizes did not fit correctly.This top is Perfection! It goes exactly to my elbows and crop is above my waist in the back. This is a very high quality top!!The fit is true to size and length as well.I will be ordering a few more as well as white.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit of this shrug. I bought it for my daughter for Easter but it compliments numerous outfits. The edges of the arms and the back seam roll up a bit after washing/drying so you may have to steam or iron those parts down. Thus one star off. Otherwise, very cute and held up well after washing on a gentle cycle.
