5.0 out of 5 stars Stays on my greasy hooded eyelids in humidity! Yet easy to wash off.
I usually cannot wear eye makeup without it looking terrible just minutes after putting it on. This is because I live in the tropics. It is humid and hot year round here. On top of that, I have oily skin and hooded eyelids. So when I blink my eyes (with other brand eyeliners) you see an extra line on my lid where the lid touches itself. Throughout the day it gets more smudged and looks worse. By the end of the day, I look like a hot mess. HOWEVER, this eyeliner stays put and looks good after several hours out and about running errands in the heat. No extra line when my eyelids touch. No raccoon eyes. No smudge. A nice clean line that stays. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. Also I like that it is NOT waterproof and comes off easily when I wash my face. Stays when I need it too, but easy to remove. I find that waterproof eyeliners smudge more, yet are harder to remove. So I stay away from them. This is perfect. If you look at the attached pictures. You can see when my eyes are open there is a hood and makeup tends to smudge. In the bottom picture where I’m looking down, you can see my entire eyelid and there is no smudge. This picture was taken 5 hours after applying it and after running errands in humid weather.

This is the only eyeliner I will use! Quality ingredients, not tested on animals, and hypoallergenic! Easy to use and easy to wash off! Great value and it lasts for 3 months! Small in size and the color is well represented!

I love the Honest Beauty brand, I’ve been doing a lot of research on the additives in cosmetics and Honest really is a “clean beauty” brand while so many others claim to be and still include harmful ingredients.That being said this eyeliner applies very smoothly and looks great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the longevity of wear. It does smudge very quickly and requires some maintenance if you plan to wear it for a while. But I suppose that’s the cost of clean beauty?

I have reactions to most cosmetic products but I have none to this. Doesn’t smell like hardly anything, and it feels really light when I wear it. Can’t recommend it enough.

This product is ok. I bought it because I was looking for eyeliners with "clean" formulas that rated well on the Yuka app. The eyeliner looks good when first applied but doesn't last throughout the day. It is very easy to smudge, and if the smallest amount of water touches it, you look like a member of KISS with a huge smear across your face. The applicator tip can make it hard to apply the eyeliner where you want it (but that could also be some user error on my part). Over all the product is just ok. I did repurchase it because I haven't found a better alternative yet, but know you are buying mostly an applicator with a tiny amount of product.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m so bummed this didn’t work bc it was a waste of money. I do not use any oil on my face, so it should not have made me look like a raccoon! I had to clean under my eyes three times in one day because there was so much black under them. I was using thrive causmetics eye liner pen, and I love how it stays, but the cap never stayed on and it would always dry out. I was hoping to find another natural option, but this was not it. I don’t understand how it go so many positive reviews. I also have very dry skin, so there is no natural or applied oil to make it do what it did. Don’t bother…

I love how pigmented the liquid eyeliner is and how it is ready to apply. I have hooded eyes and the skin is easily tugged by eyeliner pens so I often use this to go over what I have drawn with a pen (like Too Faced Better Than Sex easyglide waterproof or e.l.f. H2O proof eyeliner pen), though it is nice for how easy it washes off on its own. Not great for super sweaty or rainy days, & that's okay - it's not meant to be waterproof. The rate of removal on its own is convenient if you are trying to remove your makeup quickly. Be careful and gentle with this eyeliner, and if you aren't getting more liquid on your applicator when you dip it in, try closing it and shaking it. Because my eyes are hooded, I sometimes have to put on an extra coat near the wings and keep my eyes closed for some extra seconds, but that's okay with me and simply the nature of water-solubld liquid eyeliner. It is handy to have a dollar store collapsible hand fan to make makeup dry faster & reduce transfer.

Love this stuff! Goes on smooth and lasts all day. Looks great! Overall a pretty clean product, ingredient wise. Will buy again and again!
A waste of money!
Never used an eyeliner as terribly designed as this! It didn't stay on and smeared everywhere when I blinked in the day. Obviously this product can't even stand a bit of sweat or tears. I had to check on a mirror and wipe the smudges throughout the day. So I gave up on this and bought a new eyeliner from another brand. It wasted my money.
Long lasting & I love it!

Just what I was looking for!
I found it so hard to find non-toxic eye liners that didn't have a hard brush (making it hard to apply). This brush is has a smooth enough tip that it applies easily! Lasts all day :)
It doesn't last much time
I like the fact that the product has natural ingredients and has a nice texture, It fell fine on my skin. But it was very dissapointing because it didn's last too much. I had tears in my eyes after walking with the wind, and when I saw myself in a mirror it was smudged on the sides of eyes. So, if you sweat or have tears in your eyes while using the eyeliner, you will look like a koala
