Works well! Gave as Christmas gift and has been used multiple times already! It is fairly thin plastic so I can see caution is needed- I’m sure it will not hold up as well as a metal one! But for the price it functions well!

I'm not even sure why I wanted this, but it is as handy as any gadget/tool I've owned. It takes inside/outside measurements and displays them digitally, which eliminates guesswork. I've used this on everything from the thickness of a coin to the caliper of a citrus tree trunk. I've also used it on watches (to determine the correct size of a replacement band). I'm no engineer, but this device is still one of my favorite new tools.

I purchased the black plastic version of this digital caliper and liked it so much I bought a second. I use them for household/garage purposes where I need general measurements, like cable and bolt diameters or widths of bolt holes on my boat lift. I have a separate digital caliper that is capable of far greater accuracy measurements (.001mm) but that one is far more expensive, and I would never put such a tool in my toolbox. These Sangabery calipers are easy to use and, I have found, durable so long as you do not abuse them. My only wish is that they would display fractional measurements, though I do see the more expensive models have that functionality. I doubt I will ever need to buy another, but I would not hesitate to do so if the need arose.

The media could not be loaded. One tool I didn't have is this, so I decided to buy one. There are various things I can use with this but my first test was to see if it is accurate. From the video I posted, I zeroed the caliper and measured a 1/2 inch drill bit. Pleasantly, it read .50 inches so I can at least attest to the accuracy. I don't intend on doing heavy duty work with this but for something useful to have in my house toolbox this definitely works. For the price point I'd say it's a good buy.

Ot is plastic, which I was aware of, but it just seems so flimsy. Should have opted for a steel version.

The depth measurement broke the first time I opened the caliper. I don’t plan on using that measurement often, but still loses a star.

En general muy bien , de acuerdo al precio, la caja no es muy rígida por lo que si se le comprime suele encenderse calibrador eso seria lo único con lo que habría que tener cuidado para que no se acaben las pilas rápido.
Measure guitar picks, strings-ANYTHING!
If you do any type of repair work, this comes in handy. It came with extra batteries. The turn off switch is a little flimsy so make sure it stays off to save the battery life. Best thing, is the price. Recommended!

Great little product
Very accurate, very lightweight, great for what I need it for - mostly household and random works with my cars and bikes.
Accurate and cheap.
The caliper does its job. Althought this may not be the best caliper on the market, it is more than sufficient for the typical hobbyist/3D modeler. The only problem that I have had whilst using this caliper would be that the mechanism tends to become slightly stiff if not stored in a dust-free environment.
