5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely helpful for runner's knee
This was possibly one of my best ever purchases in terms of money spent for the value I got. I consistently run ~4 miles every other day on hilly concrete terrain and eventually developed runner's knee. My knee would hurt while running and any time I went up or down stairs. I previously tried a patellar band but it really didn't do much for me. I ordered this as a last-ditch effort to avoid going to physical therapy, but for $10 I wasn't expecting much. At first, my knee would still start getting twinges of pain about a mile and a half into the run; this was already a big improvement over the previous immediate and more severe pain. After consistently wearing this brace for every single run for a little over a month, I am no longer experiencing any pain while running in the brace AND I am not experiencing pain when using stairs regardless of whether I'm wearing the brace or not. I really haven't done anything else to address this issue, so I give full credit to this brace for the huge improvement.Beyond this, it also seems to be of good quality- the velcro is secure and the brace stays put, and I haven't noticed any stretching or wear and tear yet. After every run I take it off and give it a quick spray with Lysol before letting it air dry, and it never gets stinky or gross. I really appreciate how easy it is to keep clean, especially compared to other braces I've owned that have not handled sweat well. As heavy duty braces go, I'd say it's about as comfortable as one can be- it took a little getting used to, but I'm quite comfortable in it now and it allows an impressive range of motion for how supportive it is. A word of caution- don't overtighten the straps; doing so only caused me shin splints, and I realized it's really not necessary for the brace to stay secure and provide support.————————Update: I am happy to report that I have not needed to wear the brace at all for the past ~2 months, and my knee pain has NOT returned! :) This tells me that the brace actually provided my knee the protection from overuse that it needed to heal permanently (as opposed to providing temporary relief only when the brace was worn).
5.0 out of 5 stars Pleasantly surprised
I had hardly any expectations when it came to a 9$ brace. Mainly I was hoping that the hinge didn't break and stab me in the knee and to give about a level 2 support (hinge braces give typ. level 3+ support). I bought this brace because my DonJoy wrap hinge knee brace was stolen. I received my DonJoy from my Dr. after fully tearing my ACL and Meniscus. This brace (Dynamic) is about 1-2.5 inches (2.5-6.3cm) shorter than most hinged braces, which made me nervous at first. I wore it playing beach volleyball and was pleasantly surprised on the support and that sand didn't effect the hinge at all. This brace is as supportive as other more expensive hinge braces. I will purchase another.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good support
Easy to put on and take off. Provides very good support for knee.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great fit, great support and comfortable
I've owned other knee braces but this one is the best I've owned. Made of durable materials. It has multiple adjustments with the velcro straps which makes it easy to customize the fit. I found that the fit of any brace changes once you start moving around and this brace is easy to adjust (and tighten) as I move. The straps and D-rings make it easy to adjust and for the straps to hold their position. Previous knee braces I've owned haven't provided enough support and didn't have the needed structure around the knee cap. This brace has aluminum hinges on both sides to stabilize the knee. With all of this, the brace is still comfortable. I wore it over the weekend on a 4 mile walk. No issues. It comfortably stayed in place and provided great support. The brace is machine washable (haven't tried that yet) and also comes in a resealable bag for storage. Great price for this much knee brace.
3.0 out of 5 stars Great price and very secure
A whole lot of straps and support for sure. More than I expected or wanted, so I returned it. But if you’re looking for good protection, this is a good option. It will somewhat limit your mobility
5.0 out of 5 stars Buy with confidence
I bought this when I suddenly experienced knee pain while away from home. I picked this brace due to another reviewer saying their kid's physical therapist recommended it. It was perfect. Got me through the flare and made it so I could walk, whereas that was barely possible without it. It was comfortable both on skin and over pants. It was relatively easy to put on. It felt well made. The only issue was it could be "involved" to take on and off. You really don't want to go clothes shopping with it. This was more of an issue for me when I was getting better and I wanted to do things on the water but I didn't want to get the brace wet. Given several days earlier I was in extreme pain and using walking poles as canes, I'll chalk this inconvenience as a good one to have.
5.0 out of 5 stars MCL/Meniscus tear
My doc said, "hey, I've got a knee brace that I can sell for $225, but let's look on Bolo." He pulled up the screen and showed me what I needed for my MCL/Meniscus "U tear". When I got home, I found this one and it did the trick. I was back skiing in six weeks, though I was avoiding moguls.
5.0 out of 5 stars Knee support
Perfect adjustable fit
Excellent!
The media could not be loaded. This is the third support that I have purchased over the past 10 years. Each support has been from a different manufacturer and different vendor; however, each support has been very similar to a point where it is difficult to tell them apart - same size… same aluminum medial support… same Velcro strapping… but… not the same feel. This one is significantly more snug, the material feels softer, the overall fit seems better, and most importantly the support is superior. The prices varied greatly as well. The first one was $100.00+, the second one $60.00+, this one 👍👍👍! This is NOT a professional brace (I have two of these as well that cost $1500.00 each!). This is a support for light duty only and nothing more. It does its job for the intended purpose and it does it well. I’ve read complaints about it being “too heavy… to cumbersome… slipping… too this and too that…”. To those people I say - put a titanium professional brace on and then you’ll have something to genuinely complain about!! This brace is highly recommended. By the way, I wear a very light “Copper” wrap under the support - perfect!

Very complicated
The time and effort spent to wear shows that no one really thought that the user would have such energy to consume wearing it !
Funziona
È un po’ antipatico da indossare ma funziona bene.
Perfecta, muy duradera.
La compré hace años para mi madre y desde entonces la usa diariamente para trabajar, aunque tiene un desgaste grande aún es muy útil y sigue resistiendo.
