I'm not keen on swallowing pills if I don't have to. And multivitamins tend to be on the larger side. While there are gummies, this liquid version is a nice alternative. And it's delicious. It doesn't have an artificial strawberry flavor but taste like they use real berries.This is my first bottle so I have to wait before I can judge if I'm feeling the benefits. But I found this beautiful little cordial carved glass made for schnapps or other such spirits and found it holds exactly 2 ounces. Perfect! So now I take my morning "strawberry shot" before I start my day.I'm on the fence if it's going to be worth the higher price tag in the long run but for now I love it.

I have more overall energy and feel better.4 stars though because it is disgustingly sweet. Tastes alright, the strawberry. I’d give up some taste if they’d cut out at least half the sweetener! I have to drink a ton of water to keep from choking on the sweetness. I wouldn’t mix it with juice because I’d end up on an ugly sugar high! Instead I make sure to take some sort of protein to balance out.It is worth the trouble. I feel like these vitamins are absorbed and don’t upset my stomach even if I don’t eat anything at all. I was on a high quality vitamin pill but it upset my stomach if I didn’t eat and I didn’t feel half as well as I do on this. ‘Twould be perfect were it not so sweet.

I've been drinking this daily for just over 2 months and I'm seeing a positive difference in my hair, skin and nails. My hair is growing in and looks thicker and my nails are not as frail or thin (they typically break very easily).I really like that it's easy on the stomach unlike vitamin pills that are a struggle for me. I tried Raspberry first and the flavor was terrible, but I powered through it and drank the bottle. I got strawberry the second time and the flavor is so much more pleasant. It tastes like strawberry Flavored products and it is very palatable for me, unlike the Raspberry that was difficult to swallow.All in all, I recommend this product and will continue using it (just not the Raspberry flavor).

My family and I have been taking this for almost two years and we love how it makes us feel. I can definitely tell the difference in my day when I forget to take it. I will say it's a bit on the sweet side, so chase it with some water. Liquid vitamins are absorbed by our bodies better than pills. Expensive but worth a try!
Very good multivitamin
It took few days to get used of the taste but I am already feeling the results after more or less 1 month.I have more energy during the day. I am very satisfied and I will repurchase it.
