It arrived the next day, and the printer now works. Epson printer ink is way too expensive. I used refilled ones for for 10+ years that were 1/3 the price of Epson. We made the mistake of updating the Epson program with the latest update. WRONG THING TO DO!! The update only recognizes Epson cartridges, and will not accept other brands of ink. Now I will have to spend more money for ink than I paid for the printer to start with,

Does not last long
So I find using generic brands hit and miss working with this printer so have to buy the Epson brand. The inks do not last long and seem to be buying black ink every month.
