I purchased the NOCO Genius2D, and it has exceeded my expectations! i have a Jeep that sits a significant amount of time. it hadn't been driven in nearly 7 months and the battery was stone dead!The installation process was straightforward. The included mounting bracket and eyelet cables made it easy to secure the charger near the battery. The 24-inch A/C and D/C cables provided ample length for a neat setup.This charger works flawlessly! After installing it, I left it plugged in overnight and by the next morning, the jeep started easily! It efficiently maintains the battery charge, ensuring my Jeep will always be ready to go! The charger also features short-circuit, over-voltage, and reverse polarity protection, which gives me peace of mind. Even if I mess up, I'm protected!The charger is very compact, which is a big plus. It fits easily under the hood without taking up much space. The IP65 rating for water and dust resistance is a great feature, especially for driving in various weather conditions.Considering its performance and features, this charger offers excellent value for its price. Works great on my 2023 can am defender hd9 max dps. The rings fit easy over the bold for the battery leads. The cords are able to be ran out of the protective cover. There is a bracket which can be easy screwed into the plastic. I pre drilled the holes. Works great.

I installed this on our backup generator to maintain the battery for the electric starter. This maintainer is small and comes with a nice mounting bracket that's easy to install on the generator's frame in an out of the way area. The maintainer mechanically snaps into the bracket and a velcro strap holds the bracket clips securely in place. A redundant belt-and-suspenders design which is wise for a high vibration environment.The DC cable has ring terminals large enough for the terminal bolts of a car battery. I used a couple of washers to mount it securely to the smaller terminals of the generator's 14 AH battery.As mentioned in the description the AC cord is only 2 ft long and permanently attached. I was able to find a suitable mounting location where the cord could reach a nearby AC outlet when plugged in and not drag on the ground when unplugged.The single LED blinks yellow when charging and switches to solid green when maintaining. Very happy with it after a couple of weeks use.

Bought this as an under the hood charger for my RV, however the leads are so short that I needed to add a 110v outlet near the battery to be able to use it. Once connected it works perfectly when I am connected to shore power, keeping the chassis battery fully charged.

2nd unit I purchase and it does wonders to easily charge a car battery simply plug-in
To facilitate the maintaining at near 100% power on my 2 daughters relatively new cars where the battery gets drained easily by running the car short distances and having heated seats and defrost ON in Quebec cold winters, I installed these devices under the hood and now both daughters can charge their own cars easily and securely. When the unit is not plugged in the 110V outlet, the unit does not draw any power from the battery which is excellent versus other cheaper charge maintaining devices that I have tried before. Excellent purchase.
